They were full the night before and my digital key wasn’t ready at 3:30 pm. Teressa (spelling?) apologized and gave me a different room (321). I appreciated her kindness and that she offered me a couple bottles of cold water. The room was fine. It had a table and 2 chairs instead of a desk. I found it comfortable to work at the table and eat there, too. There was a little noise from the highway, but not bad. The pool was saltwater type and I noticed a little mildew on ladder, but it otherwise seemed clean. There were plenty of towels at the pool. I didn’t stay for breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. I’d stay in the hotel again.
The location was convenient for shopping. I liked the white bedding and it was clean.
I didn’t like the run around my out of town family received. We were in town for my mom’s funeral and the hotel couldn’t find my family’s reservation?
The area was near everything
The price quoted on my booking app at the time of reservation went up upon checkout and $220 for a 6pm check-in to 11am checkout is a lil ridiculous
Took forever to check in. Stood almost an half an hour for just someone to come to the front desk
Things were extremely tidy. The cookies were amazing.
