Overall are good, only the heater for bathroom wasn’t working as expected.
It took 3-4 minutes to archive the desired temperature.
Really great staff, every one of them. Nice to be in walking distance of the Train Night Market and a large shopping mall.
Clean and green. Staff are friendly and hospitality is the hallmark. In room massages were professional
Breakfast buffet was sumptuous
I lost my luggage by the airport and my hotel did their part in communicating and helping me find it. Even delivered it at 4am straight to my room! Everything was very clean, and they even made my bed during the evening when I was gone when they dropped off my laundry. The buffet was the best I’ve ever had. The elevators are really muggy is the only complaint I have.
Staff are very friendly.
We always felt at home every time we stayed at this hotel especially after a long and exhausting trip on the airplane. Everyone was welcoming us with smile and courtesy. They always accommodated our requests and were helpful. Still enjoy having breakfast there!!
Nice staff and friendly
My stay in Dudit was one of the best or best ever experience in any of my hotel stays around the world. It’s people like Lek and Fah and everybody else that made it meaningful. Everyday they greet you with a very warm smile and willingness to help whenever we have questions or ask for suggestions. They don’t just tell you, they help you do no it or do it themselves. At night as we go back to our hotel, they’d welcome you as warmly asking how was your day. They’ll willingly listen if you had a great day or had a bad day. This went on for 6 days ceaselessly. Our room was always made up with fresh new towels and supply, even without us asking. Overall, I felt I was home away from home.

This hotel is an awesome place to stay. It’s a beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. The restaurants are world class. The pool and facilities are very nice!

Everythong wad great except for shower 4 times of my stay i took cold shower wsited long never got hot
