Ristrutturato e la colazione buona

Cons:

Lo staff poco cortese, pulizia camera: capelli lunghissimi neri su piumone (impossibile non vederli), mancavano asciugamani bidet.

Rooms exceptionally good but food was a big let down
Pros:

The property itself was very nice , clean and comfortable. We were given a family room so had two adjoining rooms with separate bathroom which was great. The TV was smart which means kids could watch YouTube and Netflix. We spent quite a lot of time in the room as it was hot outside and was very comfortable

Cons:

We opted for half board. Rather than buffet or ordering from the menu, they had a very limited option separate menu. It wasn’t nice. They should mention upfront as it then we can make an informed decision. It wasn’t nice to have very limited options from the staff, no menu and ordering from that only. It felt quite discriminating and disappointing . So glad we were only for 3 nights as didn’t enjoy the evening meals at all. Breakfast was good - buffet style

Il personale molto deludente non professionali.mi hanno dato la prima camera costata 240€ x una notte vado per aprire è mi trovo una signora che dormiva,così sono sceso è mi hanno ridato un altra camera dove mi trovo un altra persona che dormiva,quindi sono sceso è mi hanno dato la terza camera dove c'era un letto matrimoniale è il letto x mio figlio non era fatto,scendo è mi mandano un operatore alle 24.00.x scusarsi mi hanno chiesto se volevo una camomilla.....
