I cherish every time I stayed at the hotel with gorgeous river view.
Pros:

The hotel s a great place to stay in Windsor by beautiful Riverside Drive. The staff are very polite and respectful and kind and compassionate. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed s quite comfortable. The River Room s very cozy and sentimental and beautiful with great selection of food and drinks and very nice atmosphere with great staff with professional service. I ll surly stay again in this hotel and will recommend it to other travellers who are going to Windsor. I enjoyed my time in the hotel very much.

I liked everything about the hotel and location and staff.

Was very pleasant and truly enjoyable
Pros:

Breakfast excellent. Snack bar very convenient. The view is amazing with the excitement of watching the lakeliners travel past the window. The lake promenade is beautifully landscaped the gardens are meticulously manicured and the walking path is great to get in a good walk.

Cons:

Beds are too soft for our liking. I prefer a Keurig coffee just a preference.

Great family hotel
Pros:

Great hotel. Staff were lovely. Rooms were modern, clean, well laid out and comfortable. Loved the facilities and the location. Would stay again!
