Die Lage ist sehr schön. Das Essen in dem Restaurant ist richtig gut.
Der Ausblick auf die Detroit Skyline, rundet das köstliche Essen nochmal ab.
Der Indoor Pool ist schön groß. Leider schien das Wasser ein wenig trüb und hätte meiner Meinung nach ein wenig Aufmerksamkeit gebraucht.
Das gleich angrenzende Gym ist sehr gut sortiert.
Wir waren nur auf Durchreise, also eine Nacht da, aber meine ganze Familie war sehr zufrieden
Das leicht trübe Wasser im Pool empfand ich als ein wenig unangenehm. Ansonsten haben die Kanadier alles sehr gut im Griff.

No refund available if you didn’t stay at the hotel which is absurd if I didn’t stay, I don’t see why I have to pay.
I think one thing that has to be changed that if you don’t stay at the property, you didn’t step foot at the property then you shouldn’t pay for it.
Rooms were very clean, When I called to ask about checking in early the staff was pleasantly accommodating and helpful.
I had checked into our room. It was very warm in the room (77°) and turned on the account to as low as I could get it to go (65°). It would go to 70° and turn off, I turned off auto and wanted the fan to continuously run. We had left for a wedding and when we got back at midnight it was very hot in our room once again. Went to the front desk and we were told there were no other rooms, they sent someone up but she said it was working fine, I explained the issue but she couldn't understand. ,needless to say, I was up most the night making sure the ac stayed on.

Service was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel had a great atmosphere, was spotlessly clean, and offered excellent value for money. I’m particularly glad I booked a river-view room, as the view was absolutely beautiful. Overall, a wonderful stay.
In my opinion, the location and the view were excellent. However, the breakfast was ordinary and didn't match the price we paid.
There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, no slippers were provided, and the bathroom didn't have a magnifying makeup mirror. The hotel parking garage did not feel secure, and our car was broken into while it was parked there.

We were initially given a room on the 17th floor that appeared to be an accessible room with two queen beds. Unfortunately, the bathroom was dirty, and the air conditioner was extremely noisy. It also produced a strong, unpleasant smell, which made us think it had not been cleaned or maintained for a long time. The bathroom also had issues (see attached picture).
The next day, we asked the front desk to change our room, and we were moved to the 13th floor. We packed all of our luggage, exchanged our room keys, and moved to the new b or professional. Instead of simply fixing the key, we had to go through the check-in process all over again, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to the poor room condition, lack of maintenance, and unprofessional customer service.
The room itself was acceptable, but it was very small, and the carpet was dirty. The air conditioner was noisy and produced an unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable.
The staff were not professional, especially the night manager, who did not seem to have enough experience in dealing with customers. Overall, the service and room conditions did not meet my expectations.

The next morning, we went to the front desk and requested a different room. We were moved to a room on the 13th floor. We packed all of our luggage, moved to the new room, and received new key cards.
When we returned that evening, our key cards did not work, and we were unable to enter the room. We had to go back to the front desk, where we were told that our check-in had never been completed. We had to go through the entire check-in process again.
When I asked the night manager what had happened, he simply said he did not know. I found his response unprofessional, and he did not seem to have the experience or customer service skills expected for someone in a management position.
Overall, the room conditions and the way this situation was handled made our stay very disappointing.

The rooms and overall condition of the hotel is quite good. The views to the river are beautiful.
The service is excellent, from front desk staff to room attendants.
We had a small issue with our room and the front desk staff were very accommodating.
The buffet breakfast is very good as well, although the dinner was not great.
Very reasonable and great value.
