Nice grounds and parking, nice quality building, I had a big truck, parking was limited for my vehicle but if I’d had a normal car everything would’ve been fine. Check in was the smoothest ever,

Room needs some upgrades

Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast bar was fresh and well stocked. Parking lot was well lit. WiFi worked well. I was not pleased to have to pay a security deposit, even though it is refundable and charged a parking fee. That’s not right - captive trade.

Booked the room for 3 people. Sofa bed not made and no sheets, comforter, pillow and towels in the room. Had to ask at the front desk and the hostess made it seem like such a chore to get my linens and a set of towels. She did confirm three of us in the room at check in. Disappointed. Our room was clean and easy to get to off I-95.

The pool was shut down by the city. That was a bummer because I picked the hotel because of the pool. The staff was nice. The hotel isn’t that great.

Easy on off highway for a one night roadtrip stop

The continental breakfast hostess was excellent!

Comfy beds & great breakfast but very noisy. Upstairs person walking around all night.

Long 15 hour stop here. Front desk was very welcoming easy check-in pleasant stay pleasant room clean room with a dog! Coffee was excellent. Breakfast looked amazing but we had to get back on the road couldn’t stay.

The room was very dirty
Couch was ripped and stained
Bathroom paint was chipped and floors were gross.
Everything felt dirty and run down
I wouldn’t let my dog sleep on the couch or floor

Hotel room was damp and musty. Carpet was stinky and damp...wont stay here again.

The pool had been closed by the Health Department so that was a huge letdown for the kids. It also seemed like perhaps they had some flooding recently and there was some musty smell noticeable on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was great, and in general, it is a clean hotel with friendly staff. But the overall condition was questionable. The button for the elevator was not working for we had to use the maids entrance to the elevator, not horrible but a little awkward.

Very outdated. Needs renovation ASAP. Hampton Inn hotels are known for quality, not this one however. The AC was not working in the common areas of the hotel. The room was super musty and smelled of it. The pool was closed due to some state health code violation. The breakfast was great though. I don’t plant on staying at this Hampton Inn until it’s renovated and other issues are resolved.
