Pros:

The breakfast.

Cons:

Pool was closed and has been FOR A YEAR! This is the ONLY reason we booked here because it was hot and my family was going to spend time in the outdoor pool. The CHATHAM COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT shut it down July 2025 for failure to comply. Which means booking.com is false advertising and Hilton has allowed this to be unanswered for a YEAR!! In addition, there were signs for vending and ice machine. Great! Only there was no vending and the ice machine didn't work.

The photos are extremely deceptive

Cons:

The ac was horrible the parking was a nightmare! We had a van and they do not tell u online it’s an additional $60 a night to park in their garage which has no cameras and is very low with small space to maneuver a vehicle. The elevator was broke so we had to drag suitcases in the heat up the stairs. The gps could not find it took 3 tries.
The room itself had barely any ac for a high price. I killed several bugs in the bathroom. Hardly any toilet paper.the pillows were flat.the decor had Washington with creepy which hands. Why they needed another $100 deposit idk! The rugs looked filthy and old and they only clean every 3 days. This looked and was priced as a luxury hotel after driving 12 hours I was very very disappointed! Paid for city view and it’s an alley rd can’t see the city at all! No dresser had to put my clothes in a cube in closet floor!

Will not use Hampton or Booking again.
Pros:

Breakfast pretty good. Location good. Very noisy at night. No ice machine. No glasses for drinks. Could not close bathroom door. Only two luggage dolls. Terrible.

The price was good, but not the value.

Cons:

1. The microwave didn’t work and no one there could fix it. They didn’t offer to replace it. My wife has food allergies so we brought along our own food which needed to be heated. Had to go without dinner. 2. The place was extremely noisy, both inside and out, and throughout the night. 3. The breakfast menu was terrible: eggs were runny, breakfast meat looked like baloney and tasted terrible. 4. The staff was not helpful in resolving the microwave situation and frankly had a bad attitude.

Breakfast not available till after 7 on sat and sun. We had commitment at 7 each day. My team went without breakfast both days. Even a bagel, or cereal, or waffel would have helped. Not doing that again.
