Roof top patio under construction, no breakfast included , room was very tight, could barely fit 2 suitcases, shower very small. Disappointing when paying a substantial fee per night
They helped us unload our suitcases. They answered all our questions quickly. The terrace was lovely.

Initially we had a very cramped room in an annexe round the corner from the main entrance, but the staff kindly changed our room after the first two nights.
Breakfast was €18 pp, and was provided by means of a voucher for a restaurant nearby. The breakfast options were very limited - coffee or juice, for example, but not both. We paid the hotel €70 for taxi transport from the airport. But the driver wasn't where he was supposed to be, and we spent a lot of time trying to find him., before calling the hotel to ask where he was. Having found him, we then had to walk with our cases to a car park nearby. We would have been better joining the queue for a taxi (fixed price €55 to anywhere within the Aurelian walls.).
The location; they gave me a 40th birthday surprise in the room on my actual birthday!; room cleaning; air conditioning; windows facing street with curtains; shower. Friendly, professional, very accommodating!
Advertised complimentary breakfast, but this was not included with our reservation. Wash rags not provided. It wasn't communicated that when we were ready to checkout, that we were to call the reservation desk to have our bags picked up for us, and so when we got to the desk, they were shocked that we didn't call them. The desk staff weren't able to provide many restaurants suggestions, but they were exceptional otherwise.
Excellent hotel, huge apartment and staff were fantastic. Location is perfect, very central in the lovely cobbled streets. Highly recommend.

Lo unico a destacar es la ubicacion… nos alojamos ahi xq ya conociamos el hotel de otro año pero nos ha desilusionado… ha perdido nivel. Ni siquiera logramos que nos pidan un taxi a la estacion de tren!
Se alojaron mis padres de 75 años… la reserva fue realizada con 1 año de anticipacion, les dieron una habitacion en altillo, debieron subir un piso por escalera (inaceptable!!) y por si fuera poco debido la altura del techo del baño en la ducha te la pegabas en la cabeza!
