La localisation est indéniablement bonne. En plein centre historique la fontaine de trévi a quelques pas, la place d’Espagne également

Le bruit est continu. Lors de notre séjour il y a eu des revaux dans l’hôtel. Les ouvriers commençaient le chantier à 6h30. Jamais cela ne nous a été mentionné. Si nous ne nous manifestions pas pour dire notre mécontentement nous n’aurions eu aucune excuse. Dans la vie c’est une chose importante on peut devoir faire des travaux mais on explique aux clients on rassure on s’excuse en amont avant même que le client ne découvre ce qu’il en est. Alors certes on nous a offert un petit déjeuner le jour de notre départ pour compenser mais je vous assure que le bruit était intenable. Il y a de surcroît le bruit de la rue… la valse des camions de livraisons des 6h du matin, le bruit des restaurants terrasses jusqu’à 23h ça laisse un petit créneau pour dormir… de plus ce n’est pas mentionné à la réservation mais les chambres sont dans des annexes dispersés dans la rue clairement vous ne vous sentez pas résident d un hôtel idem j’ai mentionné cela au personnel qui m’a rétorqué que c’ l’adresse était écrite sur mon bon de réservation, mais oui bien sure suis je bête j’aurais du vérifier que l’adresse de ma chambre correspondait à celle de l’hôtel !!!! On aura tout entendu

la habitacion estaba en el ultimo piso baj el techi que era vastante bajo, e han dicho ' hay pequenas 5 escaleras que tienesq ue subir del ascensor y han sido 10. En general llevadero para estar 2 noches, pero la ducha y bano en la habitacion hechas de crustal sin oractiamente nula ventilacion y el olor dentro - todos estos detalles han estropeado el lujo de a ubicacion

Check the location of your room! They rent rooms in buildings 300m away from the hotel on a busy road and no facilities as 4 star hotel rooms!

El Internet era muy muy malo. Y había un olor muy feo en la habitación, tuvimos que dejar el extractor encendido porque era muy fuerte. el calentador del baño no funcionaba.
