Ficar nos quartos onde está a recepção.
Pros:

Do apoio do recepcionista Alberto, que foi muito simpático e nos ajudou bastante. A recepção do hotel - mesmo, é engraçada, apesar de pequena em relação as Fotos, e a localização é muito boa se ficar no hotel principal.

Cons:

Ficamos em um edifício que nada tinha a condizer com as fotos do Hotel em si e só soubemos após ter reservado sem reembolso. Quanto muito simples, as almofadas muito duras, e o WC ainda precisava de obras ou estava por acabar. Fiquei com receio a noite pois não me senti muito segura, a rua muito barulhenta e as janelas na tinham boa insonorizaçao.

Clean and comfortable, but small and expensive with no atmosphere. Nice helpful staff.

This review is based on the amenities, not the staff - they were amazing and very helpful.
The hotel consisted of solely a room and a small reception area that was busy with arrivals and departures.
The room was clean and comfortable and well decorated. There were tea and coffee making facilities, a welcome biscuit, and bedside lights. It was not a bad stay once you got used to the downsides.
The staff were great; very helpful and friendly.
Overall it was a lovely hotel, but it lacked atmosphere and some basic room practicalities, and the rooms were mis-sold in terms of their definition of a 'suite'.

Cons:

I paid for a junior suite, but got no more than a room with a double bed and a put you up bed. it was not a 'suite'. There was no storage for unpacking (only three small drawers and some hanging space), and not enough room to leave suitcases open which was inconvenient. There was no surface area in the bathroom either to put anything, so with three people in the room, it was difficult.
There was no atmosphere to the hotel as there were o communal areas, no bar, restaurant or lounge.
Also, breakfast was served in a neighbouring restaurant, but it was very ordinary. The staff in there weren't particularly friendly, and the menu was limited and rigid. For the price point of this hotel, I would have expected much better.
Overall, it was a lovely hotel, albeit a bit lifeless.
I would visit again, but only if the rates were lower. For €300-400 per night, I found it quite overpriced for 'just a room'.
