Service 0/10 No response and infrastructure work non-stop and without specifying a location.
Pros:

The location was excellent, but it was not mentioned anywhere in the booking that when you open the window you see construction work, with no view towards the Spanish Steps.

Cons:

Non-stop work, it was not indicated anywhere that there was construction work on the hotel and there was no window that could be opened and not see these horrors, even when we told the hotel they said they could not compensate us with a partial refund, and offered us a lousy discount at a restaurant on the edge of town that we did not want at all

Nice location nice staff don't be fooled by the beautiful lobby the rest of the hotel felt like I was in a hostel

The the hotel is too compact - our rooms where tiny and whilst appreciating this is a city hotel, considering the price and how its advertised this was a real disappointment.

Condotti Hotel is in an excellent location, clean, safe, and an excellent value.
Pros:

The location was perfect! It’s only a block from the Spanish steps and right in the heart of all the high-end shops. It’s perfectly located and felt very safe.

Cons:

I loved that our room was separate from our kids bedroom (we had the family room). The only thing I didn’t love was that our bedroom didn’t have any windows.
