Excellent accommodation in the heart of Rome
Pros:

Excellent accommodation. Staff were all super friendly. Great location.

Cons:

The only downside to our stay was the rooftop area was closed due to renovations. We weren't aware of this before arrival so it was a bit of a disappointment. Everything else was perfect!

It was delightful
Pros:

The location was perfect. I have never stayed in such a clean apartment, and it was very spacious. The staff were terrific, especially Maria was kind and helpful, she even checked in at 6am in the morning to make sure the car taking us to the airport had arrived. How thoughtful.

Cons:

The shower handle kept falling off. The freezer needed defrosting, it was dripping a bit into the fridge, and 2 champagne glasses would have been nice.

Not a classical hotel More a lodging in comfortable rooms and eating breakfast in a restaurant right next door for which one gets vouchers from hotel reception Great idea and could not be better situated right near the Spanish Steps surrounded by places to eat buy ice cream and go sight seeing and shopping
