In general it was good , location was 👍
Cons:

When i arrived i expected them to show me my room and take my suitecase up there , just to the elevator and i have to come down to ask what they should have explained.

Amazing location and friendly staff...upgrade the towels
Pros:

Loved the location, and the staff ..especially Peter was super helpful. We had a terrace off of the room that was nice....Would have liked some hand towels ( 100% cotton that do not look/seem like cloth napkins..

Cons:

The Hand towels ..and no wash cloths also NO body lotion provided in the room

A perfect base for solo travel in Rome - exceptional staff, beautiful views and unbeatable location
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond - upon finding out it was my 30th birthday, they kindly upgraded me to a top floor room with a balcony and stunning views, which was a wonderful surprise. As a solo traveller I immediately felt safe, welcomed and well looked after. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options including fresh cakes, coffee and a lovely Italian spread. Every member of staff, from reception to the cleaning team, was warm and genuinely kind. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the location is perfect - central Rome with the Colosseum just a short walk away

I would stay at the Hotel Bolivar again for its location and cleanliness
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. About 7 mins from the Trevi Fountain . Staff were really friendly and helpful . The hotel was very clean with clean towels every day

Cons:

There was a kettle in the room but no coffee or milk to make a hot drink . The hairdryer is not great and broke during our stay but they fixed it within a couple of hours of notifying reception

Value stay near key attractions!!
Pros:

Nice clean hotel and rooms. Good location to walk to key spots im towm !! Decent ok breakfast.Great staff especially Peter who made sure we got the great balcony rooms with views !!

Cons:

Shower tubs are very small (European phenomena) making it hard to move freely. Beds were quite low and mattresses can be upgraded to better higher quality. Regular fluffy bathroom towels can be provided instead of cloth towels.

Absolutely delightful!
Pros:

Being greeted at the door by name and being given an extremely clean and spacious room made my time here very special. The hotel manager did not only help me with providing easy transfers, but also gave hints as to what to do and how many time to calculate for things! He always knew where I was going and was very helpful in any way. Felt incredibly safe and welcome as a single-traveller! Will be definitely coming back to this hotel in the future!
