Fin lokation, søvnen var fin, og faktisk stort udvalg ved morgenbordet sødt personale.

Fint lokalitet, rigtig dejlig morgenmad, sødt høfligt personale

Cons:

Rengøring var mangelfuld i køleskabet stod en humus fra et tidligere ophold med mug på, lidt støvet hist og her og fjernsynet virkede sporadisk med alle andre kanaler end danske. Syntes parkeringsleje er for dyr og føler at når man skal ud med bilen skal man op i receptionen for at få lov til at kører ud.

Der var rent og pænt.

Tjenere og receptionister var ikke særligt imødekommende og behjælpelige.

Super für Kreuzfahrer und Stadtbesichtigung
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Terminal ist für Kreuzfahrten ideal. Nur kurz über die Strasse und man ist am Ostseekai. Auch die Innenstadt/Altstadt ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Parken kann man während des Aufenthaltes in der kostenpflichtigen Tiefgarage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir konnten ohne Probleme das Zimmer wechseln, da uns das Bett in dem einen Zimmer zu klein war (1,60 cm). Das Frühstück ist gut und es gibt nichts zu vermissen. Bei der nächsten Kreuzfahrt gerne wieder.

Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.
