Our experiences with your personnel outweighed the little things!
Pros:

The location is central to the port. The staff is professional. We loved the gummies at breakfast!

Cons:

Little things:
We didn’t like that the parking garage is so dark and that the parking spaces so tight. The room towels were frayed and with holes.

Gute Lage, schöne Zimmer, Bad top. Super nette Bedienung in der Bar.

Cons:

Beim Einchecken konnte oder wollte uns der Mitarbeiter nicht weiterhelfen mit ein paar Tipps zum Parken.
Ohne Klimaanlage hatte man nur die Wahl zwischen schwitzen oder lauteste Musik bis weit in die Nacht.

Dieses Hotel verdient diesen Namen nicht und ist dann auch noch viel zu teuer.

Cons:

Das stinkende Treppenhaus das man schon vor 20 Jahren hätte renovieren sollen . Ich habe noch nie so viele Flecken in einem Treppenhaus gesehen und dieser Gestank ist so schrecklich das man ihn nicht mehr aus der Nase bekommt , hinzu kommt noch ein sehr durchschnittliches Frühstück was man eher in Mittelklasse Hotels findet

Super Lage, freundliches Personal. Auch super Beratung an der Bar durch den Barkeeper. Schönes Zimmer.

Cons:

Es ist kein Minuspunkt, aber für mich hätte die Matratze etwas weicher sein können. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr komfortabel.

Cons:

Teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber alles super gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Die Geschäftsführung sollte mal über Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern nachdenken.
