Bessere Schulung des Personals an der Rezeption dringend angeraten.
Pros:

Zimmer ok.

Cons:

Musste erst noch einmal bezahlen, obwohl bei hier bereits bezahlt wurde. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war überfordert.
Wurde 2 Tage später rückabgewickelt.
Ärgerlich!

Pros:

Das Hotel an sich ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Für ein Steigenberger ist es allerdings mittlerweile deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und insgesamt nichts Besonderes mehr. Die stadtnahe Lage ist dafür sehr gut.

Was mich allerdings wirklich extrem enttäuscht hat, ist der Umgang mit meiner Rechnung. Ich hatte den Aufenthalt beruflich über meine Firma gebucht und bereits bei Booking die vollständige Firmenanschrift inklusive Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer angegeben. Zusätzlich habe ich beim Check-in nochmals ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich bei Abreise eine ordnungsgemäße Firmenrechnung für unsere Buchhaltung benötige, und meine Rechnungsdaten erneut hinterlegt.

Beim Check-out war trotzdem keine Rechnung vorbereitet. Mir wurde gesagt, die Rechnungsdaten würden fehlen, sodass ich diese erneut angegeben habe. Der Mitarbeiter versprach mir daraufhin, mir die Rechnung umgehend per E-Mail zuzusenden.

Das Ganze ist mittlerweile eine Woche her. Da weiterhin keine Rechnung kam, habe ich anschließend nochmals über das Buchungsportal nachgefragt und meine Firmendaten erneut übermittelt. Heute musste ich erneut nachhaken, weil bis jetzt noch immer nichts angekommen ist.

Gerade bei einer Geschäftsreise ist es völlig inakzeptabel, einer simplen Rechnung über Tage oder sogar Wochen hinterherlaufen zu müssen. Dass bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie trotz mehrfacher Angabe sämtlicher Daten keine Rechnung erstellt wird, ist für mich beim Kundenservice absolut enttäuschend.

Das Hotel selbst war okay, aber dieser Umgang mit einem eigentlich sehr einfachen Anliegen hat den Gesamteindruck leider massiv verschlechtert.

Der kurze Weg zu unserem Ziel.

Cons:

Die Zimmertüröffnung mit Magnetkarte, welche erst beim 10 mal funktioniert hatte. Der innere Riegel von der Zimmertür war defekt. Die Freundlichkeit des Empfangspersonal könnte deutlich besser sein. Mit dem QR- Code der Steigenberger-App könnte man nichts anfangen und ich musste den Anmeldungsschein händisch ausfüllen.

Für Wochenende oder Kreuzfahrteinstieg ideales Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, Zimmer zum Park sehr ruhig. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Betten für unsere Begriffe nicht rückenfreundlich, sprich viel zu weich. Abendbuffet für das Gebotene recht teuer.

Bra hotell, perfekt beliggenhet, dyr og trang parkering.
Pros:

Frokosten var veldig bra, stort utvalg av både varmt og kalt.

Cons:

Kostnaden for parkering i hotell garasjen er alt for høy. Dessuten virker det som mange ikke-hotellgjester også parkerer der, noe som resulterer i at det ofte blir problemer for hotellgjester å finne en ledig plass.
