Gute Lage, in der Innenstadt alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Cons:

Sehr hoher Preis des Doppelzimmers in Einzelnutzung, vermutlich weil am nächsten Tag ein Kreuzfahrer losging. Dann sollte aber auch der Duschthermostat funktionieren (dafür gab's 10% Nachlass, nervig war's trotzdem.) Und dann ging der Fernseher nicht, die nette Dame von der Rezeption startete ihn neu, aber nach 2x umschalten funktionierte er wieder nicht. Auch die Teppiche waren schon ziemlich runter gerockt. Preis und Leistung passten für mich so gar nicht zusammen.

Lage war super zentral, Sendlinger Tor und mit Fußweg direkt in die Altstadt. Zimmer soweit sauber und angemessen ausgestattet. Pinsa und Cocktails des Hotels aber lecker. Personal ebenfalls nett und Checkin problemlos

Cons:

Frühstück leider viel zu geringe Auswahl und viel zu teuer, daher keine Empfehlung. An meinem Bett war kein Nachttisch und der Flur ist dunkel grün, muss man mögen

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – Preis-Leistung leider schlecht

Die Aussicht war sehr schön und die Lage ist gut. Vom Kieler Hauptbahnhof erreicht man das Hotel mit dem Bus in etwa 5–8 Minuten. Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Leider war der Rest des Aufenthalts enttäuschend. Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht: geschmacklich nicht gut, sehr begrenzte Auswahl und unübersichtlich auf mehrere Tische verteilt. Man musste lange suchen, um etwas zu finden. Die Kaffeemaschine war ebenfalls schlecht und die Getränke haben überhaupt nicht geschmeckt.
Auch die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht zufriedenstellend, besonders der Boden war schmutzig. Beim Betreten des Zimmers merkte man sofort, dass es längere Zeit nicht gelüftet wurde, es roch unangenehm. Außerdem gab es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Das Bett und die Kissen waren sehr unbequem, und die Einrichtung wirkte alt und abgenutzt.
Außerdem fand ich die Check-in- und Check-out-Zeiten überhaupt nicht kundenfreundlich. Check-in erst ab 15 Uhr und am nächsten Tag bereits um 11 Uhr auschecken zu müssen bedeutet effektiv nur etwa 20 Stunden Aufenthalt – für den hohen Preis absolut nicht nachvollziehbar.
Für den hohen Preis hatte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist leider schlecht. Auch das WLAN war langsam und ist immer wieder von selbst ausgefallen.
