Most excellent and friendly staff.

Clean, bed was comfortable

Room was disgusting...Mattress was stained bedding was dirty...Bathroom was dirty...Room had an odor.. Hallway carpet was stained and outsider Room door was dirty and looked like they had never been cleaned...Exit and entry doors were not locked and secured...Didn't feel safe.DID NOT STAY!!!!!...still waiting on our refund.

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE — AVOID THIS HOTEL

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I stayed at this property for ONE NIGHT, yet I was charged in a way that makes absolutely no sense.

What makes this even worse is that I already had a separate reservation at a different Best Western hotel for the following night, and I can clearly see the separate charge for that stay. Despite this, I was still charged incorrectly by this property.

I contacted support and instead of getting a clear explanation and a quick resolution, I had to waste my own time trying to figure out why they took money from my account. The entire situation was handled with an embarrassing lack of professionalism and accountability.

A hotel should know exactly who stayed there, for how many nights, under which reservation, and what amount they are authorized to charge. Apparently, that is too much to expect here.

The most frustrating part is that this is not the first time I’ve had to deal with this kind of inconvenience, yet nobody seems interested in taking responsibility or compensating me for the time and stress caused by their mistakes.

If you stay here, check every single charge on your card and keep every confirmation and receipt. I would not trust their billing system based on my experience.

I will absolutely not stay at this property again. There are plenty of hotels where guests don’t have to fight to understand why money was taken from their account.

Stay somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

This hotel (can you even call it this?) smells horribly of mildew. Our room wasn't clean, with trash and crumbs left on the microwave stand, dirt and sand on the toilet seat, and the darkening shade was yellow and dirty from hands touching it and never being cleaned. We slept in our clothes with our own bedding and never touched the floors. Gross. Never stay here unless it gets a deep clean and a refresh. It was cheap. For a reason.

Ive stayed at a variety of motels/hotels and this by far was the worst. The mildew/cigarette smell hits you when you enter the lobby. The hallway is 100 times worse with smells, stains and filth.
The room also smells of stale cigarettes, mildew and pets. No desk lamp and the door didnt actually deadbolt. The carpets were very sticky and gross.

We had to stay for a week because due to events other places were booked. We toughed it out, but if you can avoid booking or choosing altogether thats what I would recommend.

While the staff and breakfast were great. The halls and rooms were filthy, sticky and smelled of mildew and cigarette smoke. A member of our group had to relocate due to their room smelling of urine and bleach. My door didnt lock, the door was scratched by a large dog I am assuming. The floors were stained and sticky and the pillows and mattress had soo much smoke after sleeping I smelled like an ashtray.
