Had no hot water breakfast was no good bed wasn’t comfortable
The bed was comfortable and the room was well-equipped.
The cleanliness in some of the common areas was disappointing, like the uncovered garbage cans in the hallway leading to the elevator.
Waffles, yogurt, cream cheese and bagels.
No hot food besides the waffles.
Amber was a bright spot in a dreary world there.
Yuck. Dirty windows, crumbling sidewalk, gross bath tub. Breakfast seemed good until I saw the ants crawling over the brown sugar, cranberries, and nuts for oatmeal. Why did we stay there? Because I made the mistake of booking with booking.com and it would have cost me more to cancel. Plus I didn't get response to cancellation. And we were tired and hungry and just wanted to sleep. One good thing was- sheets seemed clean.
Conveniently located hotel with a friendly staff, clean comfy rooms, ample parking, and great overall experience.
The hot water was very hot, but only long enough to fill about 2 inches of water into the bath tub or run the shower for about 3 minutes, then it went ice cold. Non-functional microwave. Curtains in disrepair and did not fully close despite being on the ground floor. A desk lamp that was rusted and looked salvaged from 1974.
Several reasons; Poor breakfast bar, not much there compared to other motels/hotels in the area, and we've stayed at many of them. As we were leaving that morning, and lucky we didn't step in it, but "large" dog poop on the concrete right outside the main door. Another item which definitely set us off was the fact, we go ready to take a shower and there was NO hot water. When I went to the front desk to inquire about, I was told they had just turned it back on and it would be about 10 minutes. Well I waited around 30 minutes and decided to take my shower and what did I have, "ice-cold" water. Not fun taking that kind of shower. We won't be staying here again. It's a shame we used 20,000 points for this stay.
Room was close to entrance.
Room was clean and fairly comfortable.
Not enough rooms for those with mobility issues. Had requested a room in advance close to entrance or elevator and upon checking was told none were available. If I had known that in advance I would not have stayed there. It was very difficult getting my husband who uses a walker and is on oxygen to the room.
Parking was horrible. Not enough spots for people with handicaps. Too dark out back and the back lot looked like a construction zone.
Air conditioner worked.
The pool was not open as it advertised online. The place to take our dog to go potty was a 4x6 maybe piece of fake grass. Absolutely not pet friendly. The breakfast was nothing like described online. Very limited. No hot water, took a luke warm, that is being nice, shower. Sink would not drain. For $180 defiantly not worth it. Not even close.
The back side of the establishment was kind of an eyesore but the front was good
The pool area

Older gentleman that worked evening/night shift. Really nice guy and was very professional.
Pictures were deceiving.
Loved my stay, basic but clean and great service. The staff was extremely attentive to all my questions and needs. Special thanks to Amber and CJ at the front desk, April, Anita, and Will. Will be back!
