Cons:

Floors were dirty, not enough towels or wash clothes for 4 people. Went to front desk and was told there was no clean towels or wash clothes and housekeeping was gone for the day. Toilet did not flush properly.. The door to the room was not set properly there was a big gap between the door and the floor!!

Courteous front desk staff, easily accessible location

Cons:

1) bath tub leaked almost rushed water into the room as the contractor tools were still there next to the tub.
Shower head was broken
2) pool was dirty with toads in there
3) 10 mins before the closing (9am) time the lady worker had put the stuff away, turned off equipments, while several guests including myself had to request for food.

I have stayed there throughout the years. The place has see its better days.

Cons:

The place is run down and it's age is definitely showing. Shaky locks, no security. Not too clean. Didn't feel safe with my family.

Cons:

I’m pretty sure there was a pimp and hookers working the room next to us! There were used drug baggies and syringes all over the parking lot, there was also human feces in the parking lot!! Terrible experience and will NEVER go back and suggest no one else go there either!! Room was nasty too

Good for just the few days I stayed

It was close to everything.. many choices of restaurants and shopping

Cons:

I’m not sure if they have like permanent renters of hotel rooms but there was a lot of loud talking and hollering all the way up until 2 and 3 am right outside my door this was adults not children…pool wasn’t ready to swim in.. strong smell of weed at all hours of the night

A fair experience for one of the cheapest hotels in the region. Don't expect more than you pay for.
Pros:

It was walking distance to our main entertainment for the night, and was one of the least expensive hotels in the area.

Cons:

Grab handle in pool ladder ripped out if the concrete when used. Headboard of bed had weird stains that we wiped off. Broken painting frame with missing chunks. Floor was dirty with black resinous ash that stuck to the bottom of our bare feet.
