The location of the hotel. Quite area. Staff very friendly.
They took out extra money from my account without telling me first.
This motel did not feel like a 4-star property, as it appeared dated and in need of maintenance. Although the room was clean, it was uncomfortable, and the website did not clearly indicate that access to the room was from the outside. The pictures of the room also did not accurately reflect what it really looked like. A request for late checkout was accommodated only until 11:30, providing just an additional 30 minutes.
breakfast was zero. I took one look and walked out. Just waffles and white sliced bread. Bedroom floor was sticky. Room smelled but it was late so I didn't complain. Woke up in the middle of night with bad headache which I gert very seldom.
I won't be staying at Quality again. The last time was when I was going up from Florida I stayed at a quality it was ok. I always stay at comfort or country. Price was the same.

The bathroom was dirty. The door was very hard to open and close. The toilet handle didn’t work properly. The room was very damp. Our key cards would not work. The pool area wasn’t well maintained. Chairs were disorganized. There were also so sketchy people around.

The beetles, roaches and moths in our room were disturbing. Room 167 has a toilet paper holder that has 3 very rusty nails sticking out towards the roll.. now I know why its put on top of the tank. The bed was the worst I have ever slept on. I am at a different hotel every weekend.. a 1970's fold out couch would have been to sleep on. The lady at the front desk swore to me that the ice machine by the office worked.. it hasn't made ice in months from the looks of it..the other one hasn't made ice in years. Thank goodness that mcdonalds shares a parking lot. The rust or blood on the inner doorframe in the bathroom was very disturbing. The elf height toilet just made everything tougher being so low to the gound
