Best Osuna Feria Madrid

Perfect large room, great breakfast, great wiew in silent neighborhood. And birds song in the morning. Near bus and metro station, great value for the price.

What an uncomfortable stay this was at this hotel,the bathroom was gross,moldy and had rotted wood around the bottom due to very poor drainage for the shower so it looks like over time it water damaged the wood on the door and walls…there was a nasty looking bug that surfaced aswell…did not sleep very well,i do NOT recommend

Quite isolated, but a lovely setting. Sadly no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the steps up to the room were metal and couldn’t hold on as the rails were too hot. Staff were lovely and room was clean

Overall good , lacks room cleanness and bathroom not working . But bed was ok , good food in restaurant

Hotel is fine overall. However dont bother taking your children of you want a hotel with a pool for kids to play in. Lifeguard was very disinterested and blunt as it seemed it had to be kept a fun free zone. Very sterile and not exactly an area full of laughter!

I love this hotel. I have stayed at the hotel 3 times. It is so convenient to the airport and has a free shuttle service. The staff are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. It is set in a beautiful quite, safe residential area and has an amazing shopping centre less than 10 minutes walk. Breakfast buffet is amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel and will return in the future.

My friends and me stayed in Madrid for a couple of days. The hotel room is clean, staff is friendly, bus stops are also close.

We did not have food at all on site and the food we did eat had to be paid for. I was disappointed in the initial room they gave us as it was a handicap room. I did not ask for and had to speak with a manager due to them informing me that they were all occupied. We did get our room changed however it seem as though the concierge desk did not want to initially assist and very quick to say there were no other rooms available and that they were all booked. We pay for a certain quality yet we are at the mercy of others when did it get to this point ???

Great location for airport, tube & athletico madrid (for concert). Nice places to eat nearby. Downside temperature 35 degrees plus pool not open, opened on last day. Municipal pools open May 15th in rest of madrid ridiculous! And offer airport shuttle but only between 7 & 2pm!

Overall I had a great experience and will definitely stay here again. The shuttle service from the airport to the Hotel and back again was very fast & efficient. The breakfast provided was exceptional with lots of fresh food and plenty of choice. The staff was very professional and helpful and the rooms were very clean.

The workers were so lovely and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. The place was also very clean and well-organized, which made the whole experience even better. I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely love to come back again. It felt comfortable, safe, and friendly—just the kind of environment everyone hopes for.

The most lovely place to stay. It's a bit out the way but the metro is a 10 minute walk away and you can go everywhere in the city within minutes! And its so cheap and simple (coming from someone who has never used the metro before at all). Every single staff member was polite, professional and kind. Everything we needed was taken care of straight away. And conversation with all of them was fun. The place is lovely and the rooms are incredible. Yes they could do with a bit of diy but honestly no difference to me, you even have 2 balcony's! The best place to stay in madrid and will definitely come back. Thank you to everyone member of staff for a wonderful stay. See you soon

The location is good. Very near to airport having good airport shuttle service.
Cafe and restaurant is serving good fresh food.
Reception staff is great and they are very friendly.
Metro is 10 minutes away from the hotel.
