Pros:

We arrived to find that there was a power outage and the manager stated that emails were sent out that morning , which I guess ours got lost . We weren’t offered any help in relocating or a discount on future stays or anything, which I’m upset, I used to love staying at this hotel. Very disappointed.

The staff were great. You need a head manager presence. Someone who is large and in charge. Someone who can really train the staff and keep on top of the employees to make the service top notch. The young bellman would excel with mentorship. They have excellent intent yet they are left with little on the job training. Upon arrival -The bed that I had was obviously not cleaned. Fitted sheet had folds and hair and fur on it that someone with an animal had been there. The desk help came up and made the bed for me before she went home. She went above and beyond - Irash I believe is her name. Sorry if I spelled it wrong. The PBJ and bar was so well placed. Gathering spaces on the first floor were perfect. My room was well appointed in room 819. Thanks you for renovating that historic hotel. It means a lot to preserve history.

Service was excellent. Hotel was not worth the price. Seems they charged you for every little detail. There was a fee for historic preservation. That was not discussed up front. Check out with valet was horrible. The valet attendant (female) yelled at my husband, he says she was very aggressive. Very clean, very professional! Would we return ? Absolutely NOT

Beautiful property and the most warm and welcoming staff. Rooms could be a little more updated but I believe that’s how all the room look in Nola so no complaints lol. Overall great experience with this hotel. Floyd was so good to us

I love this property. It’s so beautiful and elegant. I love how they serve PBJ sandwiches every night between nine and 10. It’s such a cool tradition every time I come to New Orleans this is my first choice for accommodations.

Amazing Hotel, Horrible Valet!!!
Pros:

Hotel Pavilion is amazing! Very friendly and super helpful. Just absolutely beautiful. The valet services are rude. Couldn't find my car, but instead of saying something to me, I waited for 45 minutes. I had to get the hotel manager involved. Claimed my fob didn't work.... It was just the wrong vehicle.

The most beautiful hotel in New Orleans
Pros:

I love this hotel. It’s our favorite local getaway. The staff, the service, the rooms, and the PB &J sandwiches! Le Pavillion is my go to every time!

We had a nice stay. My only disappointment is the coffee. Not having coffee in the Lobby and not having an easy way to purchase from the breakfast buffet without purchasing a buffet. Pods in the room are not a good answer. Even the cheapest hotels have coffee down stairs.

Quick & easy check-in...very friendly staff! Received text messages throughout our stay to ensure we were happy. Great restaurant bar area plus cool places to eat within a block of the property. Will definitely stay here again!
