Beach view was very nice. Views to pools also very nice.

What was missing was the “hospitality”. Mostly felt self serve. Checkin did not offer luggage assistance. Lugged our own luggage.

Nicest staff were the room cleaning ladies. Expected more hospitality at this resort.

No luau on site due to a corporate group reserving areas. Adult pool closed at times due to corporate group reserving.

Room service coffee is a paper bag with Starbucks cup. No carafe of coffee to savor on your ocean view balcony.

Everybody was absolutely wonderful from staff to the cleaning ladies everybody.

Only thing I would say is your coffee pot suck. lol we couldn’t get into Work very well.

Absolutely beautiful from the open lobby area with the waterfall to the koi ponds and the exotic birds to the extensive pool area and beyond. This hotel took our breath away when we walked in. We enjoyed the view from our garden view room. We went to 3 islands and this was our favorite hotel. Great restaurants, walking distance to a shopping center with more great restaurants, Starbucks onsite, and a convenient grab and go/made to order fast food type option. Beach was right beyond the pool area. Great valet - quick service. Highly recommend!

Staff was good, room was good with the exception of the TV and the room phone. TV needed a technician to come and get it running and even then the channel listings were incorrect.
The phone had static and every time we mad a call the hotel staff asked us to repeat our request due the the terrible phone reception
