Water pressure
Pros:

Water pressure is unstable in result of too hot water
No lift to second floor. If we have large luggage, it will be difficult.

Pros:

Really old property. Upon entry there are holes in the carpet. Bath is cosmetically damaged. When hot water tap is running for bath or shower there is a high pitched noise that hurts your ears.
Tv remote missing back and batteries fell out.
Went to checkout at 8:15 and no one there to check me out.

Pros:

We had an overnight stay. The rooms were huge. Check in was easy. There is a restaurant at the property, although we didn't dine at it this time. It is easy walking distance to the CBD, City Park and UTas Stadium. The parking onsite was convenient, and there was plenty of room.

Pros:

The air conditioner was leaking badly onto the carpet. It was obvious that this had been happening for quite a while as the room was musty

Pros:

Room was noisy, could hear people walk around in other rooms. They didnt service our room when requested as per thier requirements. Curtains didnt block out morning light. Up and awake at 6am each day. For the price think we could have done better.

Ok if you don’t find something better
Pros:

Old hotel, adequate, no bar or restaurant and reception only staffed part of time. Felt safe, but there was not anything (restaurants or pubs near by, but Launceston is not a place to go as it is pretty dead.

Pros:

Overnight stay, a bit further from the CBD than I thought it was from the website. Travelled to Launceston to purchase a Lobster Pot (they’re supposed to be the best lighter pot you can get). Tamar Marine!
