The AC worked well. Check in and out good.
Wrinkled and stained carpeting in lobby, hallways and stairs, trash on carpet in common areas, the smell of smoking and disinfectant upon entering the building, the uncomfortable sagging bed, dirty toilet, scummy bathtub, tub drain not working so standing water while showering, the sense that nothing was really clean. Terrible "breakfast" with minimal unappealing choices and understocked. Key cards that didn't work (witnessed a few guests with the same problem).
The location was easy to find, with plenty of parking.
The toilet had tissue in it, the bed side tables were not clean they had drink rings on them. The blow dryer had makeup all over it.
Breakfast options were very good. The staff were friendly.
There was an unpleasant odor in the hallway
I did check out the offerings. I was utterly unimpressed, and was in no way tempted to take part.
Room 126 is dilapidated and dirty. The grounds of the motel are poorly kept, with litter blowing around. The plumbing facilities in the room seemed grimy from age.

Due to circumstances outside of my control, I had to cancel this reservation. I am deeply saddened by this managers refusal to accept my extenuating circumstances and refused to refund my reservation.
It’s disappointing that even cancelling 3 wells early is not enough time for some hotels.
Did not use the facility for breakfast.
The room, especially the bathroom was not clean. People were running up and down the hallway and partying after midnight making excessive noise. Our access keys had to be reissued several times in 24 hours. I was locked out when walking my dog early in the morning. When we checked out the staff was polite and understood our concerns. The manager said our prepaid funds for the remaining 4 days would be released when your company authorized the refund. As a result, I am requesting a refund for 4 nights stay.

They advertised a continental breakfast. They had coffee, dry cereal, and string cheese in the fridge. That's it!
between dirty tub, shower and no breakfast it made everything seem poor. If you are not going to have a continental breakfast with muffins, bagels, bananas, or anything but dry cereal and string cheese then don't advertise breakfast!
This hotel is outdated, not a problem if you need a quick place to stay but what IS a problem cleanliness!! Our room had used towel in it, the bed was clean but the counter and sink area had rings and crumbs, hair. Sorry Housecleaning is short staffed, yada yada, save the hassle of getting a refund ( since booking thru 3rd party always seems to be their dismissive excuse. Just don’t stay!

The facilities are exceptionally dated and not particularly clean. It is old and tired, desperately in need of some attention.
Non smoking room smelled of smoke. AC was set at 61, when I changed it to 70 as the room warmed up it reeked of tobacco. I sat on the bed and could taste the smoke in my mouth. The stairwell was so filthy. There was small debris everywhere, pieces of bread in several places. The hall was filthy. The lady at the front desk was kind. We left. Our fee refunded.
