Good overall.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Nice variety and the grandkids loved the waffle bar.

Cons:

Our room smelled when we opened the door musty or like a wet dog.

Mattress gave both husband and I a terrible back ache the next day. Room was clean.

Just close down during renovations! Or at least state it on the app so we know
Pros:

We arrived after 9pm and our room was on the first floor and there was a rowdy group right outside our door. They are also undergoing renovations so at this point I tried to leave bc the app did not say this. The front desk worker did not know how to refund points so we had to stay. All the thresholds are off the doors so sound comes under and doors slam so hard. We had to ask several times for them to get the group to quiet down since it was after 10. The air was out in the lobby and the elevator was out. There was nothing to drink at breakfast besides coffee and the lady said it broke so they took it out. I talked with the manager the next morning and she was unhelpful and didn’t even apologize. When I asked about the air she didn’t even answer me.

Disappointed
Pros:

I stayed four nights. This hotel is much below Hampton Inn standards and is very overdue for a renovation. Hallway walls need painting, and the carpet is stained. Breakfast was ok, but I had to wait for coffee several times. There were no paper napkins several days, only a roll of brown paper ones. My digital room key didn’t work when I arrived. My room wasn’t cleaned the second day. When I asked about it l was told the crew had to clock out at a certain time. No apology was given. The thermostat on the wall had a piece of paper taped to it with handwriting saying to use the unit controls. One of the three hooks in the bathroom was missing leaving a hole in the wall. There are stains on upholstery in the room and the lobby. My room was across from the maids room and the laundry carts were left in the hallway at night.

Would not stay again in current condition.

Cons:

Property very tired. Thank goodness they are renovating starting on top floor. However we were on first floor. Room was clean. Beds good but everything very worn and tired. The common areas very tired. Should close and finish complete renovation. Not worth the the money spent.
