Good location but cleaning needs a bit of attention

Cons:

The shower had mould in most of the grout, the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working and was covered in dust like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, same with the air conditioning vent near the window, there was alot of dust buildup and it smelled mouldy

Check in was a bit like ordering at a fast food chain. The decor was rather industrial but I guess that is a taste thing. The dining room very full and hard to move around.

A staff member was kind enough to give us a complimentary room upgrade for our 1 night stay. Great service

Cons:

Our suite on the second highest floor had a decent bathroom however, it was quite small and a little bit crampy with 2 people in it. There is also not much separation between the shower and the toilet so after a shower, there would be a pool of water around the floor of toilet.

Very disappointing for the price.

Fantastic location. Room was quite spacious.

Cons:

Room was booked for three people, but poorly and also only for two people. Not enough pillows, single blankets on double beds, had to call multiple times and it resulted in me having to make a bed at 1:30 AM myself after a very long flight. Wifi did not work at all for our entire stay. Constantly found black hairs on our supposedly clean towels. Coffee not refilled. No shower door so everything gets wet. It’s one of those hotels that tries to cut costs wherever it can.

Cons:

Одеяла в пододеяльник не заправляют. Это вызывало чувство брезгливости. Номер серый, неуютный. Я бы дала отелю 2*. Какое-то всё тусклое. Завтраки нормальные. Возвращаться желания нет.
