Great for a short visit to central Sydney CBD
Pros:

Location was great. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Allowed early check in to the room which was great after a long flight from the UK

Cons:

Like most hotels, no discounts for solo travellers

Good location
Pros:

This place is in a great location with easy walking to the main Sydney Harbour. Perfect for our one night stopover stay.

Cons:

Room was a little on the small size but it didn't bother us for our purposes. May be an issue if one was staying for a few days.

Convenient one night stay between flights.
Pros:

The location was great. Close to train station to get to the airport and trains to get to Sydney harbour.

Cons:

The pillows too hard. Seemed to have a few door noises at night.

location was great, bar and resturant was good. workers were friendly.

Cons:

The room size was tiny for 3 people and the beds were very small. you could not expect 2 adults to share a bed. we ended up pushing 2 beds together and someone sleep in the crack as this was the only way to have enough space for sleeping in the beds as well as luggage on the floor. and you expect 2 people to share a bed but you provide those massivly long pillows! you cant even fit 2 pillows on the bed properly! it was crazy. the pillows were also not very comfortable. ended up asking for a different pillow which was slightly better.

Excellent Value for money.
Pros:

The facilities were very tidy, comfortable and the service from staff on check in and out was great. Reception even called us a taxi and it was ready as we came down to the lobby.

Cons:

Parking was full and no way to pre book, made it difficult as we were on a time crunch for work event and I was required to drive around to find very expensive carpark and walk

Easy, clean, tidy, comfortable, close to all attractions in Sydney centre.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, all very clean

Cons:

Glass door on the bathroom and no extractor fan or bathroom heater / heated towel rail.

Great stay in one of the best locations to access The Rocks, Circular Quay and Darling Harbour.
Pros:

Novotel Sydney Centre is the perfect location for a weekend stay in Sydney. Easy walking distance to the Rocks/Circular Quay as well as Darling Harbour. The hotel is close by to other great bars/ restaurants and close to Wynyard Station and light rail lines. We will definitely stay here again next time we are having a weekend stay in Sydney.

Cannot fault anything about our stay.
