Very nice and convenient.
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice and the location was close to the thruway which was convenient.

It’ll do - but it’s not great.
Pros:

Hot breakfast, ample parking, able to reach staff, staff quick when requesting room towels or toiletries. Fridge worked although was fairly warm. Room has its own thermostat but battery was dying so it was touchy.

Cons:

The breakfast omelets and sausages were kept too hot and were burned and tough. The day before it took 30 minutes to check in while employees talked amongst themselves. We were greeted with dirty room floors, hair on the toilet and in shower, fridge was warm and employee told us to move the fridge and adjust thermostat in the back. Pool wasn’t very warm and had globs of hair floating in it (over 2 different days) and pool towels weren’t stocked, employee gave us rolled up wet towels with hair on them and said they were clean when they were obviously used. Pool camera turned towards wall, floors never cleaned. A girl’s hockey team had visited the night before. The windows on the third floor open fully - not great with a 3 and 5 year old.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

I like this hotel and it gave me a new look at the Holiday Inn Express, a chain I previously looked down upon. Clean room well laid out plus microwave and fridge. I like how the sink has liquid soap on the wall. In many ways I felt that this hotel "gets" me and took care of the little things that matter to me. Breakfast was solid, even a little different from the same-old, same-old. Exercize room could use some more equipment but that might be my only quibble. Front desk staff was helpful

Good but…
Pros:

Great location for access & food. We were welcomed as Rewards members. The parking lot was well maintained despite the 9in of snow. Breakfast was mediocre & the room was small & poorly laid out (you had to walk single file across the room).

We stayed at Plattsburgh, NY location. Atmosphere was great rooms were great
Except the bed and pillows I literally could not get any sleep but the kids did.
Very clean the pool was great for the value. Very good breakfast.👌 Sausage Scrambled eggs, Sausage and gravy biscuits. Pancake automatic maker and pastry. The breakfast attendant and guest services were welcoming. Overall great stay but ultimately the beds were super uncomfortable 😐 .

Great hotel right next to the highway, outstanding breakfast, highly recommended!!!
Pros:

Great hotel to stay on our way to Canada, will be back again soon. Super smooth registration, the room was spacious and clean, staff super friendly. They even have a fire pit outside. However, the real star was the breakfast, pancakes, omelettes, sausage, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, etc.

Everything was fine.
