Gross.
Pros:

Check in wasn’t seamless - this isn’t my first time here.

She tells me twice my card did not go through and I explained that I needed to insert it into the machine and put the pin in - it was an international transaction for me. Just embarrassing.

I said I shouldn’t have to fill out the paperwork again I do it every time. She said well you are not a IHG member. I sure am.

Then the room looked like someone shaved something hairy behind the bathroom door and the shower was awful. I own two Airbnb’s - this was gross and not acceptable for the cost.

They offered me a 1000 IHG rewards. How about a complimentary stay and you make sure it’s spotless when I come. Carpets were not vacuumed. I’m sure the sheets weren’t clean but I don’t want to even think about it. 2 towels. WTF

Cons:

Cleanliness. I only come here because it’s close to work and typically clean. Although incredibly dated - I never had this before.

Sink outside the bathroom. Fridge was not on we had to turn it on. Sunday the breakfast staff was unable to keep up with the demand.

Good for a quick overnight.
Pros:

The room did not have a pleasant smell when we walked in. There is really only one sit down restaurant within walking distance and it was a bit cumbersome to walk to it.
