Le fait que la télévision ne soit pas intelligente, la piscine n'est pas vraiment réchauffée et la chambre n'est pas nettoyé et réapprovisionné automatiquement et ce, malgré plusieurs demandes faites en avance.
Incredibly comfortable rooms. Very important when you need a good nights sleep. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are very small but maybe that was just my room.
Perfect location. I enjoyed the outdoor patio
The coffee machine. I wish there were more options. For instance, espresso.
I like the continental breakfast
There were dead bugs in the bathroom and on the carpet. The toilet was difficult in flushing and the sink was very slow to drain.
We had a great 3 night stay , nice clean and quiet room, Every employee we had come across was happy and pleasant. Plenty of food options close to the hotel as well as stores to grab snacks or things you may have forgotten. Overall we were very happy with our hotel selection.

Great service, good houses and nice hotel
Great breakfast but tiny bathroom
Overall a good experience. Hotel was clean and the staff I interacted with was friendly. Breakfast was included and definitely worth it (sausage, eggs, potatoes, biscuits. cereal. toast, yogourt, etc). Only issue was that nobody came to make the beds or empty the garbage. The maid service was around, asked us if we needed anything, we got extra towels, and assumed they would come back once we left the room around 10:30am - they did not. It wasn't made clear to me that it was no longer a service they provided.
Rooms clean, staff courteous and helpful. Easy on/off highway, great restaurant across the street ( Butcher Block). Only downside is access to hotel is off of a side street instead of the Main Street in front of hotel. Could use better signage to get in/out.
