Pros:

Bed was comfortable, everything else including staff was trash.

Cons:

Folks hanging out all over. The area felt unsafe. Cop was present at check out. The bathroom was not cleaned. Toilet was filthy.

It served the purpose left early.
Pros:

I got the last room. I liked that the doors opened to the outside, not a hallway/lobby. Easier with a dog

Cons:

The room was old, dingy not super clean. Just bars of soap. I slept on top of bedding

A place to sleep
Pros:

Sheets on bed were clean. Shower had plenty of hot water.Towels were clean. I like that Wendy's and diner are walking distance.

Cons:

Bug smashed on ceiling. Noisy outside at night.
Bright light outside shines in room somewhat.
I killed a roach on the floor. Has a mildew smell

You get what you pay for
Pros:

The person at the front desk was nice. It didn't take long to check in.

Cons:

The room sorta had a funky smell. It had been recently cleaned, but it smelled vaguely smoky. There were marks and stains in the bedding. A cockroach crawled onto my hand while I was sleeping. That was probably what took the stay from mediocre to bad.
