Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Exceptionally small for a room with 2 doubles and the bathroom was even small and cramped. I also know the kids were disappointed the pool was down for maintenance.

Unpleasant!
Pros:

The location was really good

Cons:

The bedroom was dirty, the bathroom dusty and the bathtub looks really bad( stained)The bed weren’t comfortable at all and feels like they have bed bugs. We were itching the whole time.

Overall, we had a nice stay, and got a good night's sleep. Can't ask for much more than that.
Pros:

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Very quiet.

Cons:

The young person at check-in wasn't particularly helpful. I asked him what was the best way to get to U of M Hospital from the hotel. He replied "I don't know." He didn't seem too interested in helping me find out. He could have at least made some sort of effort, but apparrently that was asking too much.

Pros:

Quick check in and good smile from the service breakfast staff.

Cons:

Didn't clean the after back room for my work. First night was good, second night bed haven't cleaned sheets and the bathroom wasn't cleaned and don't have clean towels too.

Pros:

Everything was fine...however the place needs some updates and some deep cleaning in areas such as air vents. Alot of touch up or repainting in areas. We loved our stay. The staff was amazing. Id definitely stay there again. Much love Ann Arbor and all your staff

Overall, it was a good stay. My wife and I stay here every time that we come to town.
Pros:

The pastries were delicious.

Pros:

The room layout was great and the rooms were quiet. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were pleasant and very helpful.

Cons:

The one treadmill was not workable in the fitness center.

Good location, but may not get the room you booked
Pros:

It was a good location for the tournament we were in town for.

Cons:

The front desk the night we check in was not friendly. Booked a double room (me and my 18 year old son). When we got there they gave us a king bed. Asked for the room I booked and they said they didn't have any left. Doesn't make sense when that was what I booked. They offered a roll away bed, but when we got it, there was no room to use it, so it stood against the wall.
