Disappointing and not a good value for the money
Pros:

The room was clean and non smoking.

Cons:

I asked for a quiet room and was put next to the elevator which ran constantly and so I didn't sleep. I called the front desk to request a different room and was told there were no rooms that weren't by the elevator. The tv didn't work until the staff came up and rebooted it. There was not complimentary water bottles. The room was dated in appearance and the heating/cooling was difficult to regulate. Overall, not as expected. We have stayed here since 1990, and this was the worst night in all of that time.

A pleasant place to stay. So quiet and clean. Stayed before and will stay again when needed.
Pros:

The room was quite spacious. Asked for a handicap room this was accommodated. Clearly had w/c access. Stayed with another couple. Even though our rooms were not adjoining they were close in proximity.

The room had a “stuffy smell”. No room service if staying for 2 days. Found out the hard way.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The selection choices were less on 9/12 than 9!11.

Cons:

Supplying various choices each morning.

Would recommend
Pros:

The room was very spacious ! The a/c worked great ! The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

My room was listed as "wheelchair accessible " but the shower was not handicap accessible and there was no grab bar by the toilet. Other than that the room was great !
