Great staff from the valet to the front desk, they all were very friendly and professional.
This hotel is wonderful from the start. The parking valet team is wonderfully welcoming and professional. The front desk team are more aloof but still efficient and professional. No issue. The room (we have a premium king) is very spacious and the bathroom is gigantic. There isn’t a lot of the original art deco look or element left in the interior but the modernization and upgrade is great. Everything works and cleanliness is A1. Parking is valet only at $42. The area is great. Police and security people are ever present but the many blocks are full of restaurants and hotels with many office buildings. Downtown is very safe. Great and will come back.
Location is excellent. Great classic atmosphere and the hotel is beautiful. Room was larger than expected and very comfortable.
Hotel staff was slow to look up Hilton rewards numbers.
Kîmbro provided the best valet experience I've had. Thank you again!
Just wanted to give a shout out to Andrew and kimbro. Great customer service.
We had a great little trip with our Daughter. Our Daughter felt very welcomed for her first hotel. Our Valet Conrad was very polite and prompt.
The staff was very nice very courteous the facility was very clean very much appreciative
Close to Tram
No pool, uncomfortable couch, very pricy for such an old outdated hotel.
Experience was lovely. Best part was Conrad, our Valet. Made everything seamless and easy for us. Best service I've had in ages, easily 10/10.
We stayed here for three nights over the 5/17/26 weekend. Pretty hotel. Bar and bartenders were great. The rest....not good. The room was not. Leaned the first day at all. The front desk acted surprised when we told them. Then we returned the next day to a partially cleaned room. I took a pic of how they made the bed. The housekeeper took the time to write us a note wishing us a good stay, but didn't make the bed all the way? Odd. I went to the front desk where another guest was having massive problems with her room and the poor girl behind the desk had no support and the bartender had to come out to help her. There were no glasses to drink from, except two paper coffee cups in plastic wrap that were there for the coffee machine. When I called down for some, someone brought us two more paper cups. Upon checkout, the manager was too busy to speak with me.
Honestly, we travel a great deal and ok with roughing it if needed. But we paid for a curio hotel for a reason and it did not meet our basic expectations. We were very disappointed.
Large rooms, comfortable
Front desk could be more attentive for the type of hotel
I paid for breakfast for my room and still got charged for it.Ordeerd the Jacuzzi room and it had black stuff coming outta the jets.Paid 458 for the room and it was small definitely not worth 500$
The room sucks for the price you pay I ordered breakfast with the room and still got charged for it.I even showed them my receipt and they still charged me they told me that the manager would take care of it.
Perfect locale. Room was beautiful.
