For the most part it was a good stay. Only things I had issues with were no toilet paper is the room, some of the cable channels didn't work (no sound and tv wasn't muted), and the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke pretty bad. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience
The gentleman at the front desk was awesome, it was early am too. Only complaint is the floors need better cleaning, other than that it was great.
It looks like this was recently converted to a Motel 6. Room was bigger than you would expect for a Motel 6. It’s 2024. Having Wi-Fi that doesn’t connect to the internet at all is not acceptable. Hopefully, the new management can improve things.

Just we need a hotel where we can rest and shower. This hotel was just fine for that. Everything was in working order, nothing fancy.
Sorry, this is not an 8!! it worked in a pinch as it's right off the freeway, but it's dirty. Wife didn't dig it at all. Would I stay there again, only if I had to, but more than likely would keep driving to the next hotel.
Update
The room was dirty there were dead bugs behind the bed, the shower was disgusting my kids were afraid to use it. the water in the shower kept running all night even when it was off. Some of the outlets did not work. The pool looks like a big green hole in the ground unusable. The grass outside the window by the pool was taller than a small person.The photos on hotels.com looked like a nice motel. The only positive thing I can say about this motel was the very nice lady at check-in.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating! If I needed to stay again I absklutely would.

Overall my experience at Motel 6 was surprisingly delightful. The staff are very respectful. I certainly enjoyed the other guests that I met there.
