Choose the hotel initially due to its excellent location to theatre land and the sites of London.
Pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel is. Had a fabulous welcome from reception with a complimentary glass of Prosecco. The room was a good size with great amenities and such a comfortable bed. Room was very clean.
All of the front of house staff were brilliant. So warm and helpful. We’re even given a goody bag as we left.
Planning to book this hotel again soon.

It isn’t a 5⭐️ property. Weird open wardrobe or maybe just the door missing? Good sized bathroom but nowhere to put anything in bathroom. Generally tired.
Staff went above and beyond, very welcoming and helpful. They made extra effort to help celebrate my partners 40th birthday which really added to our stay. Fantastic location for what we needed. Room was comfy, clean and quiet, which was great given the busy location. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely rooms, very luxurious. Checked in by Bohdana, thank you to all front desk team throughout our stay - Aura, Doina, Tilly, Josh, Wiki, Bohdana and Fabian. Safe area. Close to Chinatown, restaurants, cafes, Lego store, m and m store, open top bus, so many theatres, National Gallery, etc. A wonderful stay. On busy street but rooms very quiet. Thank you!
Great Hotel in a great place, in the center of the city, close to anywhere in London using public tranport, room was big and nice, bathroom perfect, with free Soapsmith toiletries, cleaning was great, stuff very helpfull, I would like to mention expressly: Aura, Doina, Tilly, Josh, Wiki, Bohdana and Fabian.
Breakfast was great, they have a nice bakery in which you can find anything.

Amazing location in the heart of Soho, short walk to tube stations and surrounded by cafes/restaurants.
Room was comfortable and clean and staff friendly - were able to leave our suitcases after checkout whilst we had time to explore more.

Room was very warm and we were unable to make it cooler or open the windows. We were only staying for a few days so it wasn’t too much of an issue, but could be something to consider for a longer stay.

Excellent location. The staff were very friendly and courteous. They were helpful and we felt well looked after. Comfortable beds. Our room was lovely and quiet as we requested this. A front room would have been very noisy.
Not enough plug points. Whilst Gail’s for breakfast was good quality, £15 per person wasn’t enough. It’s is very expensive there. We had to pay extra ourselves to enable us to have fruit juice as well as coffee. I too of a fair expensive one nights stay this was disappointing.
This is a lovely hotel with great rooms and a friendly welcoming staff, who are very helpful.

We had an amazing two night stay and have to say from arrival everyone was so welcoming we arrived early and they stored our bags and offered to phone us as soon as room was ready. When we arrived our bags had been brought up to our room we had complimentary bottle of wine, fruit and water which was such a lovely touch. The hotel location is perfect and super comfortable beds we will definitely stay here again can’t recommend it enough. Massive thank you to the front desk team Aura, Doina, Tilly, Josh, Wiki, Bohdana and Fabian they went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable
