On s'attendait a mieux.
Pros:

Le personnel très et toujours souriant.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel qui est idéal !

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié le rapport qualité prix de cet hôtel. Annoncé comme un 5 étoiles on s'attendait a plus. Par exemple des notre arrivée il n'y avait plus de gel douche nous avons du faire réclamation, de plus il était stipulé dans l'annonce une baignoire dans cette chambre. Baignoire inexistante. L'hôtel est bien placé mais ce qui inclut beaucoup de passage meme de nuit alors il ne faut pas s'étonner de se faire réveiller a 02h du matin par des klaxons ou sirène de police mais ca encore on s'y attendait donc ca ne compte pas forcément.
Une prise électrique ne fonctionne pas.
Des rideaux qui n'ont jamais du être nettoyés.
Un petit carnet nous a été laissé ou nous avons pris certaines notes vis a vis de l'hôtel. A notre retour le soir même la note avait disparu.
Un minibar a disposition ou tout est payant a l'intérieur.
Le petit déjeuner aussi, je trouve ca hallucinant que dans un hôtel 5 étoiles le petit déjeuner ne soit pas a volonté. Le fait qu'on le prenne dans une boulangerie ne me gene pas et d'ailleurs stipulé dans le descriptif de l'hôtel. Mais le fait que nous avons 15£ chacun a dépenser dans cette boulangerie c'est trop peu. Surtout si vous consommer sur place le prix est plus cher que si vous consommer votre nourriture dehors.
Ce n'est pas digne d'un hotel 5 étoiles.
Au prix ou nous payons la nuit je trouve ca absurde et pour moi cet hôtel ne vaut pas ces 5 étoiles. Nous avons hésité avec un autre hôtel ou il était inclu piscine , salle de sport , Spa. Juste pour une question de localisation.

Highly recommend if you want to be in the center of it all!
Pros:

The location is really amazing. Very short walks and for example you're in Chinatown or at Piccadilly Circus.
The staff is very friendly, capable and helpful.
They put a little surprise in the room for my birthday which was very kind.

Cons:

The beds were a bit too soft for our liking, but that is a person's own preference.
Would have been good to have been informed upfront you will get a voucher for breakfast at Gail's with a certain amount to spend. Plus that the prices are lower for take away then when you stay inside to sit at a table. If you don't pay attention you have to pay the difference out of your own pocket.

A lovey brief stay where we felt looked after and made to feel special

Lovely friendly helpful staff who welcomed us with a smile and glass of prosecco!
Very clean and big room with a very comfy bed
Complimentary wine, prosecco, chocolates and fruit (a very nice surprise)
Perfect location for visiting a show

Cons:

Room was far too hot and the air-con didn't lower the temperature enough.
Very noisy at night. Obviously it is to be expected given the location but we didn't think it would be as bad as it was.

A great place to stay. I would thoroughly recommend it!
Pros:

The hotel was perfectly located . It was very clean and we were very fortunate to be upgraded so had 2 double beds and a bottle of wine which was great.

There were nice touches such as complimentary fruit and water and a mini bar (should you want it) contained items that were not extortionately priced.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet so we had a good night’s sleep.

The staff were very professional and friendly and were very customer focused which does not always happen these days.

I would thoroughly recommend it!

Wonderful birthday weekend
Pros:

The location right in the centre of Shaftesbury ave, china town across the street.
Nice size room, and attention to details.
Bed was decorated with petals for a birthday celebration and a complimentary Prosecco was in the room.
Staff were very friendly and professional

Cons:

Our room was on the main road and could hear the noise of the street, otherwise everything was excellent

Perfect location, great service, all the staff was very responsive and helpful.

Cons:

I stayed there at the end of January and when I checked in the room it was very cold, which was quickly and adequately resolved with the placement of an additional heater.

the concept is very nice having Gails near by ' i prefer light breakfast with vegatales and cheese and there were no options so i enjoyed the amazing products (jam etc)

Zentrale Lage mitten in Soho. Direkt bei China-Town. Sehr nettes Personal. Zu Valentinstag gab es sogar eine Flasche Sekt aufs Zimmer. Zwei Underground-Stationen in der Nähe.

Cons:

Der Vorteil der zentralen Lage war, besonders am Samstagabend, auch zugleich der Nachteil, weil es doch bis spät in die Nacht ziemlich laut war. Das Frühstück gab es in der benachbarten Bäckerei. Das war zwar lecker, aber es gab wenig Platz zum Sitzen.
