Cons:

The ac vent was not working properly so it got hot really quickly. The staff was really nice and maintenance provided me with a fan. Still it would get too hot.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel avec un personnel accueillant, professionnel et attentif.

Nous avons passé 5 excellentes nuits au Montcalm Piccadilly Townhouse, London West End. L’hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur de Londres, parfait pour visiter la ville tout en profitant d’un environnement calme et confortable.

La chambre était très propre, élégante et particulièrement confortable, avec une excellente literie.

Un immense merci également à toute l’équipe de réception pour son accueil chaleureux, son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité tout au long du séjour. Le personnel a toujours été attentif, souriant et à notre écoute, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Londres.
