Pros:

Even though the room is a little expensive for us, we really cannot beat this location. Everything is right out the lobby door where it is really busy and fun. But the room was quiet and comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Would stay here again and recommend.

Montcalm Hotel
Pros:

Ideal location for all the Theatres ,China Town and Underground so it was easy to get around London.Very friendly and welcoming Reception.Our room was spotless.The birthday wine and chocs were appreciated.Best place to stay.

Cons:

Hotel probably not the cheapest but the location and the friendliest of the Staff are well worth it.
Our room was big but the Bathroom was rather small.Felt cramped.

So handy to all the sites and west end shows
In the hottest week ever the air conditioning was brilliant
Staff so kind and helpful

Just superb all round - fully met our expectations
Pros:

Loved the location - centre of the theatres, restaurants and pubs. All the hotel staff we spoke to were engaging and also asked us questions. We did not get any "corporate" answers - very genuine hotel.

Cons:

Could have done with a relaxing lounge area, but we knew that when we booked, so not a negative criticism, just a comment.
