Great stay
It was a nice place.
All good! I wish housekeeping would acknowledge a DND sign on the morning of checkout, but that's Okay
This was clean, modern, close to Sandy Amphitheatre, indoor pool and hot tub open 24 hours. Staff was friendly, little bistro restaurants and the price was very reasonable thru Expedia
Bed was comfortable but pillows were over sized and far too soft (4 provided should have included firm and soft). Cafe service in lobby was outstanding with professional, friendly staff.
Comment on property conditions: air conditioning for entire building set too cool, had issues with telephone in room and cleaning (maid) services.
Everything was nice and clean stuff was very attentive
this property is definitely older, but you can see they are trying to modernize it. the walls have scratches, dents, and dirt marks here and there but you can tell it’s from time/wear and tear. it wasn’t super dirty! the ceilings are lower compared to other hotels so it made my boyfriend feel a tad uncomfortable. the receptionist was nice and accommodating. we only stayed here for one night and it was a decent overall stay.
Overall a great stay. The women who worked the front desk were sweet and accommodating. Love the breakfast setup and choices. Very comfortable and quiet. Nice exercise facilities as well. Only negative is the bathtub had a constant leak that needs to be repaired.

I did not catch the female receptionist name but she was able to understand my familys situation and was able to do an early check in, hospitality was above any hotel I ever been to.

Always enjoy my stay here. Can you guys please fix the ice machine on floor 2? It was broken in February and still broken when I stayed in April. Otherwise this place is clean and quiet. Not sketchy at all.
