Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The carpet was stained several places.
Our room had an odor that was not pleasant.
The air conditioner fan makes a noise when it runs.

Disappointed
Pros:

The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The room could of been cleaned better. The refrigerator was dirty, the coffee machine and tray was dirty and dusty, the ceiling in the bathroom had mold, the carpet could of been vacuum.

Pros:

Great breakfast. They offered cereal, yogurt, omelettes, link sausages, waffles, juice and coffee

Cons:

The picture online showed a swimming pool. When we got there the swimming pool was closed and empty. We booked it because of the pool. When you have kids on a long trip it's helpful to have them be able to unwind in a pool. The mattresses felt like you were rolling in the center

Bed bugs
Pros:

Stayed here because they had a pool only to find the pool was broken. Then my kids found bed bugs on their pillow in the first room. We were able to move rooms and luckily the Second room was bug free.

Beds make concrete feel soft
Pros:

Easy check in/ out process

Cons:

First there isn’t a pool or hot tub like the listing states. The rooms are dated with stains on bedding, smoke alarm hanging by the wires, peeling paint and no drain plug for the tub. The beds are very hard aswell.
