Pros:

We traveled for a volleyball tournament and left a beloved stuffed animal behind. The staff was wonderful to communicate with and shipped our stuffed animal to our house without delay. Very nice hotel!

A must stay when visiting Johnson City
Pros:

As a lifetime Diamond Hilton member I've been staying at this DoubleTree location for many years when visiting Johnson City on business several times a year.
They've never let me down or disappointed in the years I've stayed here. I especially what to recognize and thank Susan in the sales office and Lynn the night auditor that works at the front desk and has been here for many years for always making sure I had everything I needed. Thanks for the special snacks you always made sure I had in my room Susan after I checked in.
I recently decided to retire and won't be making any Johnson City visits anytime soon.
Thanks again to the DoubleTree team.
