Great staff and good sleep compensated for no Netflix
Pros:

The staff was very kind, personable and genuine. Dustin helped us out with tv very late night and made point to greet and visit with us any time we crossed paths. Front desk staff extremely friendly as well, but so sorry I did not make note of their names. Thanks for the stay and when back in the area, we will return if price reasonable. Thanks for 2 good nights of sleep and kudos to the super sweet bartender. She rounded out the good people experience!

Cons:

From Texas and all hotels have easy link to load our own Netflix accounts for viewing. To be honest, pretty big benefit and may have to look for that amenity next time we seek hotel in Tennessee. That was the only negative about our stay.

Other than the cockroach in our room, we enjoyed our stay. The bands were very comfortable. We had a great time.

Really nice accommodations! We will be back!
Pros:

This hotel is awesome! It has been recently renovated and the rooms are very nice. The showers are large with nice white tile and the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion are all excellent quality. The bed/pillows are super comfortable.
Had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant/bar. Food was very good- the burgers were tasty and the breakfast bar has a very nice selection of food. Love the TVs with the sports channels.
One of the best aspects of the hotel was the friendly and attentive staff. Alex, Delila, Abigail, and Jan’a were friendly, helpful, and really went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent experience. We could not have been happier, and we will definitely be back!

Pros:

I traveled with my husband and 13 ywar old son for travel baseball. Everything. Nothing bad to say. They even had construction but I never heard any noises. Water pressure in the shower was great, beds comfortable, rooms very clean, and the pool was great.

Cons:

Nothing bad to say.

My stay was frustrating.
Pros:

It was clean and the cookies were excellent, the staff were all very friendly. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Intermittent internet, pool was not maintained, the fire alarm in the room went off every time you had a shower and you had to let the shower run for 10 minutes before you got any hot water . The ice machines don’t work and the water refill station didn’t work .

Unhappy with the pricing for a very basic room.
Pros:

Did not eat there

Cons:

The room was just basic. We were given a Handicap room, which was fine, but it was very basic and way too simple for the $401 single-night price (this was a college graduation weekend, and the room rate was jacked up). Any other comparable room at a Country Inn/Hampton/Holiday Inn substitute would be priced at $185 and would come with free breakfast. The hotel was also undergoing renovations, and Ice machines were unavailable in the wing where I stayed.

Well looked after
Pros:

This hotel is just completing its upgrade and the new rooms are light and bright . All the staff at the hotel are always pleasant and helpful whenever we go and look after us very well . We had 3 excellent meals in the restaurant and the menu is not all burgers . We were told that the menu is changing again to offer an even better selection.

Pros:

We traveled for a volleyball tournament and left a beloved stuffed animal behind. The staff was wonderful to communicate with and shipped our stuffed animal to our house without delay. Very nice hotel!
