We checked out about 2 hrs after checking in. Very disappointed in the cleanliness and didn’t feel comfortable staying!

Do Not Stay - Not Clean
Pros:

The only thing I liked was the front desk staff, they tried to give me another room - and very swiftly canceled my stay when I asked for a refund because of the conditions, they were very apologetic and nice.

Cons:

The rooms were disgusting, hair in BOTH of the king bedroom's beds (the one they tried to give me after my initial complaint) the mold and rotting drywall and caulking in the bathrooms, and the discolored tubs. Mildew smell from the AC unit and overall just not staying conditions period, especially ones right next to a themed attraction - tourist area - i could not believe for the price - the state of the hotel.

Location was great, room needs refreshed to get rid of the dirty sweat sock smell.

Overall the stay was fine for a night, just probably wouldn’t seek it out again.
Pros:

Breakfast area was clean. They had cereal, waffle station with various toppings, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, various muffins, scones, bagels, egg frittatas, sausage patties, OJ, coffee, tea, hot cocoa. Everything was fresh and well stocked.
Staff was very pleasant. Location was easy access to the freeway, Kings Island and Great Wolf Lodge.

Cons:

The hotel rooms are very outdated. I did know this based on reviews so that didn’t impact me much.
Now the cleanliness of the rooms could use some attention. It was pretty dusty, some stains on the sheets, comforter and window shade. Bathroom floors, corners also need a scrubbing.

I feel like this hotel could be very nice with some updates. Very close to Kings Island
Pros:

The man working the front desk was the best part of our stay. The company should promote him. He was very kind and accommodating and represented the hotel very well

Cons:

Our room was dirty and smelled bad when we checked in. However the man at check in gave us a new room, made sure the new room was clean and good for us
