This is a very modern and comfortable Marriott that is our go-to hotel in the Dulles area. Though not huge, the rooms are very modern, with a super-comfortable bed and nice bathroom. We often stay here when visiting family over holidays, so it is not a busy time, but have always found it to be very welcoming and easy to navigate. It does seem it is a conference and event venue, but just staying as a guest it works extremely well.
The gym and pool are excellent, and overall the hallways and public spaces feel clean and upscale.
The hotel is located near the highway just south of Dulles, but is in a wooded area that offers a break from the busy offices and mediocre airport hotels that can be found all around the area. It is Marriott-managed, so standards are kept high.
Parking when the hotel is quiet is free and can be found right outside the front door, but when busier there are large lots located a bit of a walk away on the grounds.
Definitely will be returning.
Ana-staff (the only one)
Parking, elevator, cost, room size. Nothing
Bathroom dirty at check in. Finger prints everywhere, dirty mirror, sink, dirty floor. The whole hotel seemed to be dirty. Handprints on glass on every exit, windows dirty, lights dirty. For a four star hotel during the holidays you would think it would sparkle.... No sparkle here . Phone in room broken, no room service unless you call the front desk directly, so if you order food from across the lobbyat the restaurant, they will not deliver it to your room. Lol . No complimentary coffee or Internet. Not impressed.
Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was not clean upon arrival, and there were ants in the bathroom, which was especially concerning. Additionally, the front desk staff was not very friendly or welcoming when these issues were mentioned. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, and I would hesitate to stay here again. I am a Marriott Bonvey member and will not stay here again.
I would stay here again! Very clean, quiet, and calm. The rooms are spacious and clean. The amenities are kept up well like gym and indoor pool area. Only I wish the bathroom sink had more room to sit items on but that’s such a small thing. Overall one of the best rooms I stayed in.
Very comfortable beds and a very nice restaurant.
This hotel is way out there. Not much around it. Must rent a car.
We stayed here for 3 nights while attending the American Wine Society national conference. The hotel was amazing for its conference set up. The food and service from staff was excellent. The staff handled the 600 people in attendance with ease. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We did not get a chance to use many of the amenities available as most of our time was spent at the conference. Parking was expensive with valet service but free if you parked the car yourself. We would stay here again if we were ever in the area.
We didn't have the breakfast because we thought it was complimentary and it wasnt.
Stayed for a work trip. My room was hot since the AC is motion activated. There is nothing near the hotel. Reception didn't care about my comments about hot room and long walk to from the lobby. Not coming back
