A very pleasant stay
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, greeted with cookies. Super helpful staff, everyone went the extra mile. Rooms very clean and modern.

Cons:

Had to challenge that breakfast was included. Booking.com said it was, hotel said it wasn't but gladly conceded.

I booked this and was quoted $425.26, confirmation 5264917673, PIN 8939. When I checked out she did not give me a receipt but said it would be sent to me by Booking.com. I recd the receipt which is for 492.00+.!!!. I have been overcharged. Please credit the overage back to me immediately.

Everything, the bar was closed but I really wanted a drink before I had to check out and they were so nice they made it for me and put it in a to go cup!!!

Cons:

Bar wasn’t open early and I needed to checkout and leave before it opened which kinda sucked
