We had a slight problem with our room the first night,we couldn't be moved because hotel was full .we were upgraded to a bigger nicer room for our second night and were given free breakfast for the 2 days we were there,the staff dealt with the problem in a very professional kind manner,many thanks..this hotel is very nice and the location couldn't be better
