It was just an overnight on the way somewhere else BUT it was a very good stay comfort and ease-wise.

I did not get an evacuees discount and I had to pay for your mistake at double booking me. I ordered one king ,I got two queen rooms and had to pay for the extra. Property blames bookings even tho I had the correct reservation on my phone. I would appreciate some understanding for wildfire evacuees!
nothing! the whole experience sucked!
I didn't like that with the booking time well ahead of the stay they could not give us a better room than the basement. It was noisy and there was an individual banging on our door at almost midnight. when we tried to call the front desk the phone in the room didn't work so we used our cell phone. we asked them to find out what was going on which they didn't. they then entered our room without our permission and the do not disturb tag prominently displayed in the appropriate place. they said there was a misunderstanding with housekeeping, which was complete fiction! the overall customer service was horrible, the lazy and indifferent response to any concerns we had was the worst I have seen!! I will be adding this review to every site i can! do not stay here!!
