Pros:

The beds are comfortable and my boy loves the pool

Cons:

No where does it say that there’s a 75$ per night charge added to your bill, then it takes a week to have it refunded, nonsense
The property was able to take it out from my card instantly. So I should be able to re-insert my card and get it back

Also my bathroom had long dark hairs stuck to the shower walls , soap, shampoo,conditioner bottles

Comfortable and congial.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Bed was terrific. I loved the long, medium firmness pillow. I wish I could purchace one.

Cons:

No pool.

It was good.
Pros:

The room was very nice and updated. We were really impressed with the room and would stay again (after construction).

Cons:

The construction going on in the lobby was a bit much esthetically. We didn't go to breakfast because the food was being placed along the wall in the middle of the conduction and everywhere was covered in plastic. I feel like they should have chosen a different location for the food. I chose this place because my stay included breakfast. Just to not be able to have it.

I will say I tried calling for 2 days prior to our stay to inquire about early check-in. No one ever answered the phone, despite calling at various hours throughout the day.

Location is convenient (within 30-35 minutes of several attractions) but the value was disappointing
Pros:

The pool was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, the AC worked really well.

Cons:

The location entrance was inconvenient. The location was under construction and this was not disclosed during booking. Breakfast was not good. The everything (eggs, sausage, pancakes) was undercooked. The pillows were not firm enough.

Good value for a great hotel with good facilities
Pros:

Very close to the Interstate. Good value, free coffee, good breakfast, large, clean comfortable room, good toiletries provided, pool.

Cons:

Was undergoing renovation works at reception, which we didn't know about. Didn't affect our room at all, or the pool or breakfast.

Pros:

Friendly staff

Cons:

Paper thin walls - could hear conversations in next room, and worst of all, incessant tv noise all night. Pillows were awful, no neck support at all. Got minimal sleep in the 4 nights I was there.
They are saving a ton of money on housekeeping (or lack thereof ) - service every other day. So if you check in on Friday morning for the weekend, and out on Sunday at noon, you will receive no housekeeping service. I check in Thursday mornig and left midday Monday, and room was only serviced once.
