Overall - Great location, modern (recently renovation) and great value with breakfast included!
Pros:

Great convenient location near highway. Building and rooms recently renovated with a modern style and breakfast included was a bonus!

Cons:

The breakfast area wasn't monitored frequent enough as you had to request for more forks, or the pancake station had kids making it without supervision, resulting in a messy area from the toppings/syrup. The fruits were not replenished as we were able to get a really bruised banana that was left.

This hotel never disappoints.
Pros:

The quality and value are perfect. Staff
Was pleasant and helpful. I appreciate the welcome bag with water and a snack. The humor in your everything from napkin quotes to titles of personal care product is refreshing.

Cons:

Could have used a microwave in room but not a real problem.

Stayed two years ago and except for bed/pillows everything else went downhill. Libby under construction (mess), staff rude and not helpful, breakfast was a disaster (poor, cold, limited)

Perfekt für einen Zwischenstop zwischen New York und Boston. Sehr nettes Personal, ausreichendes Frühstück, toller Aufenthaltsraum mit vielen Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Direkt an einer kleinen Mall gelegen, mit einer ganzen Menge an Restaurants. Ninetynine ist sehr zu empfehlen. Einen kleinen Indoorpool hat die Anlage auch.

Nichts, unser Aufenthalt war perfekt.

location was perfect. room was very good and comfortable.

Cons:

first off, the hotel never notified us that major renovations were being done in the lobby and breakfast area (painting/remodeling) we were on a round trip from South Carolina to Maine and stopping here in Mass to visit friends on the last leg of our trip home. very disappointed. they were painting the ceilings outside the elevators while we were checking in and trying to access the elevators. they were working around the breakfast area and lobby along with noise. had to go out for breakfast. it would have been nice if that they had notified us and maybe given us another option of another one of their hotels in the area.
