Pros:

We like the hotel very much. Location is great,and the beach is beautiful! Hotel offers shuttle bus from Nara which was very convenient for us. Food is very tasty and everyone finds something for them

Cons:

No bikes available for kids and even though they were big enough to ride an adult bike, they were not allowed to borrow them. Also bike hire was only 2 hours and all other activities cost a small fee

Bellissima struttura ma completamente impreparata ad un pubblico internazionale
Pros:

Struttura fronte mare con ottimi servizi tra cui sauna, piscine e lettini sulla riva in spiaggia privata tutto incluso per ottimo prezzo.
La colazione in questa struttura é una vera e propria esperienza. Pietanze fresche di ogni genere e tipo, locali incluso sashimi freschissimo e piatti caldi, alcuni preparati al momento da alcune signore del posto.

IL PERSONALE NON È IN ALCUN MODO PREPARATO PER UNA CLIENTELA INTERNAZIONALE.
Se prenotate in questa struttura mettete in conto di non poter assolutamente comunicare con NESSUN dipendente del personale in NESSUNA lingua che non sia giapponese. Neanche 4 parole basiche di inglese. Può sembrare una cosa di poco conto ma pregate di non aver nessuna esigenza o emergenza durante il soggiorno e considerate inoltre che la struttura si trova piuttosto isolata quindi senza auto potreste ritrovarvi intrappolati senza nessun aiuto. Nel nostro caso la situazione é stata piuttosto drammatica dovuta al tifone del 1 giugno (peraltro mio compleanno completamente rovinato dal non poter comunicare con nessuno del personale). Ovviamente l’arrivo del tifone non é assolutamente responsabilità della struttura che però ha gestito la cosa con dei modi a nostro avviso totalmente fuori luogo. Essendo arrivati il 30 di maggio ed il tifone previsto per l’1 giugno la struttura avrebbe potuto comunicare con noi dicendoci che sarebbe stato pericoloso soggiornare lì data la vicinanza al mare e trovare un accordo di cancellazione. Invece sono venuti a prenderci a Naha (a circa 2 ore e mezza di strada) con la navetta per poi arrivare in hotel e spiegarci con il traduttore la situazione incitandoci ad abbandonare la struttura il prima possibile e non fornendo la navetta per tornare a Naha. Inutile dire che ci siamo ritrovati intrappolati in una struttura che insisteva perché ce ne andassimo e in preda al panico per la nostra incolumità. Vacanza che doveva essere un sogno si é trasformata in un incubo

Gorgeous beach, best breakfast of my life, needs night time activities or early morning 5am activities.
Pros:

I loved the atmosphere and the lounge. The food was good. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in my entire life. What a gorgeous breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing to do for the late night people so I went to bed early. Woke up at 5 and there’s nothing to do for the early people either. Needs karaoke or a club or a bar.

Pros:

Un des meilleurs hôtels que j’ai pu faire jusqu’à présent ! Situé dans un petit village au nord de l’île, l’exclusivité du lieu respire le calme et la sérénité. La plage est incroyable, les restaurants sont excellents, et les activités sont nombreuses pour ne pas s’ennuyer. Petit plus pour le personnel qui a été au petit soin durant le typhon, je reviendrai sans hésiter.
