Great shabu shabu spot in jakarta have been going with family since my highschool days and recently returned after moving out of the country and its still delicious. Great service and hospitality by kiki & albar. Thank you for taking great care of us!

Cosy comfortable good location very friendly

We went to Kahyangan restaurant last week to relive memories from 14 years ago, before we left Indonesia for Europe.

What's funny is that as soon as we walked through the gate, one of the staff welcomed us and said my name, as if he'd known me forever.

The mix teppanyaki set for two people was perfect,the quality of the meat and seafood was excellent. Chef Jamil's 'performance' was spectacular, especially the 'nasi goreng hati yang membara,' and he chatted with us throughout.

The service from Pak Kiki and Pak Hendi was amazing and warm. They even gave us a complimentary cake that said 'Welcome back to Kahyangan.'

The bonus was seeing Jakarta from 28th floor.

For us, living in France, receiving such a thoughtful gesture means a lot. Overall, the food, quality, and service remain excellent. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Jakarta.

This month I had the pleasure of staying at Pullman, and it truly left a lasting impression — all thanks to the wonderful team that makes the place what it is.
A special mention goes to Ella, Sherly, Chusnul, Fina, Maitsa, Agi, and Evi — their attentiveness and warm hospitality set the tone from day one. What stood out most was the team's ability to anticipate guest needs without ever being intrusive. On one occasion, I had booked a non-refundable room but needed to prepone my stay — and without hesitation, the team accommodated my request and handled all the adjustments seamlessly. That kind of flexibility and genuine care is rare, and it speaks volumes about the culture at Pullman.
A heartfelt thank you to Ela for her exceptional coordination for preponing stay related queries — always on top of updates and ensuring everything was in order with smile.
Bluebird team deserves a special mention too — young, energetic, and impressive in the way they remember guests' preferences and deliver quick. And to the Sana Sini staff, House keeping team, Bell boys — thank you for the wonderful care and excellent service throughout.

Great location, MRT is just 3-5 mins walk away and Plaza Indonesia is just across the road!

The hotel room is well equipped with amenities, very clean and tidy. Romi from Housekeeping has been very helpful!

Breakfast spread is very good with a nice balance of local and international dishes.

Overall, hotel staff are very friendly, polite and helpful - front desk, concierge, security, housekeeping, Sana Sini restaurant & room service. Will definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia Thamrin CBD for a business event, where we booked both the ballroom and guest rooms for 2 days and 1 night. Overall, it was such a wonderful experience, and I would definitely come back again!

The location is absolutely strategic. It is very close to Bundaran HI and surrounded by so many convenient places. Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia are just nearby if you want to go shopping, while Tanah Abang is also easily accessible if you are looking for more affordable shopping or wholesale options. And if you are a street food lover, Jalan Sabang is also just a short walk away. You really have everything within reach.

The atmosphere is one of my favorite things about this hotel. It feels very calming, relaxing, and aesthetically pleasing. I really enjoyed the art pieces and paintings displayed throughout the hotel. There was even a Kate Moss sculpture on display, and the art space on the second floor was such a cute and unique touch. The eye-catching artwork combined with the soothing interior design made the whole hotel feel very special.

The room was super comfortable and cozy. There are different room types available depending on your budget, but whichever room you choose, the comfort is definitely there. You can also request a room with a view overlooking Plaza Indonesia, Thamrin, or Bundaran HI — and trust me, the view is AMAZING!

One thing I really appreciated was how considerate Pullman was regarding noise. Since I happened to stay during the 81st Indonesian Independence Day celebrations, the hotel proactively informed guests about possible noise from the events and even offered earplugs for guests who might feel uncomfortable. I really appreciate this kind of attention to guest comfort.

A special thank you to Ms. Esra, who was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my room arrangements. The room amenities were also very complete — hairdryer, iron, toiletries, and everything else you might need. And if you need anything additional, you can simply contact the operator or room service, and they respond quickly and deliver what you need promptly. LOVE the service!

For the ballroom and event arrangements, I was assisted by the banquet team — Mas Panji, Gito, Fauzi, and Dan Rais. Thank you so much, guys, for being super helpful and patient with all my little requests and last-minute details. You made everything so much easier for me, and I truly appreciate the excellent service.

And of course, a huge thank you to Ms. Agnar, who coordinated everything with me from the very beginning. Thank you for being so patient with all my requests, questions, and “one more thing…” moments 😂. Your support throughout the whole process really meant a lot to me.

And now… THE FOOD.

Everything I tried was delicious, and honestly, if you stay at Pullman, you HAVE to try their chocolate drink. It is seriously SO GOOD. I loved it so much and would happily come back just for that chocolate! 😂

Overall, I had such a lovely experience staying and hosting our business event at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia Thamrin CBD. Great location, beautiful atmosphere, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and most importantly, a very attentive and helpful team.

the spa here looked good from the outside but when the session started it was far from comfortable, the background noises was distracting and it smells unpleasant

the experience I had here was not professional, therapist didn’t introduce themselves and started the session without explaining what they could be doing.

I booked a session here and expected to relax, but it was the opposite. The therapist seemed to not doing it properly, the pressure was mot stable, I kept telling how much pressure I wanted and it’s not relaxing at all.

Our potter is Pul. He was friendly and helpful.
