Very bad staff
Pros:

From the time I arrived they were really cold, receptionist didn’t recognize me and barely answer my questions. During the session the staff were also sigh several times.

Always feels like home and sometimes it's even more special

For the past year I have been a frequent guest of the Pullman Thamrin. The level of hospitality and service they provide has always made me feel like a valued guest. It truly does feel like my home in Jakarta.

Not long ago I was celebrating my 10th wedding anniversary. Jennifer from the Guest Relations team was aware of this as she was helping me book a getaway for the special date at another Accor Property Indonesia.

The week before our anniversary my wife and I were in Jakarta for work. To our suprise Rona, Windy, Jessica and Jennifer went out of their way and decorated our room and created a truly memorable stay for us.

There are too many people for me to name individually from Concierge, front desk staff, spa and fitness centre to everyone at Sana Sini that treat us to impeccable service every morning at breakfast.

The property is older and can still use some TLC in places however the management team has been consistently improving the property over the past year that I have been staying there. If you can over look these little issues that will most certainly be resolved in time, the Pullman Thamrin CBD offer the best value available to stay in the heart of Jakarta with a level of service that will have you visiting again.

Memorable stay

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia and would like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire team.

A special thank you to Jennifer, Jessica, Rona, Esti, Irma, and Rahman for beautifully decorating our room for our anniversary. My wife absolutely loved the surprise, and it made our celebration even more memorable.

Our heartfelt thanks to Jennifer for coordinating the anniversary surprise and making sure everything in the room was perfectly prepared. We also truly appreciate the complimentary room upgrade as an Accor Platinum member—it made our stay even more special.

Thank you as well to the Executive Lounge team for their warm hospitality and excellent service throughout our stay. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help.

Overall, our stay was comfortable, and relaxing. The service from every team member was exceptional.

Good for a short stay
Pros:

Next to a big mall (Plaza Indonesia & Grand Indonesia) area, which was convenient for shopping. Other than that, It's a nice hotel to stay within the city of Jakarta.

Cons:

Air-conditioning temperature in our room could not be adjusted. Keep on staying at 24-25 deg C eventhough we tried to lower it down. Called the staff to request and fix/rectify, seems like nothing was done.

Pros:

I normally tip without being asked if I got a nice service, but for an average service here and being asked for a tip right after, nah thanks. Also please watch your words, not everyone wants an “upgraded” service, you made it so awkward and unprofessional.

Overall Pullman give me a pleasant memories in Jakarta
Pros:

The win for this hotel of course its locations and its hospitality. The staff were super friendly, professional and polite. Breakfast was delicious with variety of local and international menus

Cons:

The building was quite old. I rent a premium superior double room, city view and quite disappointed with the size of the room and felt not worth the price.

Best Place to Enjoy Center of Jakarta
Pros:

After years away, we returned to this hotel for a one‑night staycation. Although it’s primarily a business hotel, Pullman’s hospitality was excellent. Unfortunately, we didn’t take the breakfast package because I didn’t realize the new Accor Plus program no longer includes breakfast vouchers. Buying breakfast a la carte was too expensive for us, so next time we’ll make sure to secure the package since Sana Sini Resto is outstanding.

Highlights
• Room: Comfortable; request a view facing Plaza Indonesia if you’re with family.
• Pool: Great, with separate pools for kids and adults.
• Location: Walking distance to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia; Jalan Sabang is just minutes away for traditional food.

Needs improvement
• Please add more weekend and holiday activities for kids or at least provide a coloring set with drawing and coloring books.

Special thanks
Pullman surprised us with a birthday cake for my wife. Big thanks to Ms Rona, Ms Jannah, Ms Muri, Ms Caca, and Ms Olivia for their help during the reservation process.
