Very professional hospitality
They charged money on the taxi driver even when they are just picking me up from the lobby. I had to pay to every taxi money just because he will pick me up from the lobby. Even if it was for less than 3 seconds , can you imagine how many taxi driver will pick me up and I had to pay to everyone on the entrance and exit

It was an amazing stay with pullman jakarta. Receptionist treated us like a friend and family, made us feel like home at this hotel. We will stay with pullman brand again next time. Also the concierge gentleman were very helpful. Thank you very much to Ms.Jessica&Giyat for a warm suprise. Pullman jakarta will definitely be our first choice in jakarta.
