Amazing experience enjoying teppanyaki with Chef Jamin & Albar. The food was all delicious. Surprisingly, the portion is also big, not like what we used from teppanyaki. So make sure to bring a big appetite when you come to Kahyangan. Highly recommended!

I have been here many times and keep coming back because the service is consistently excellent, the place is clean, and the view is really nice. It is always a comfortable spot to dine and spend time.

Definitely worth it for the overall experience. Special mention to KIKI and ANISSA as the best servers, they are friendly, attentive, and truly make the dining experience better.

Great location near Bunderan HI, we can enjoy Jakarta’s view from here. Nice restaurant not too crowded. Makes it enjoyable for us to have family chat. Great selection of meat. Great service by Mas Kiki& Anissa, perfect coffee jelly & vanilla ice cream for dessert u gave us. Thank u! Overall 9/10.

I had a very good stay at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia (Thamrin / CBD area) and overall the experience was very positive.

As an Accor ALL Platinum member, I was pleased to receive a room upgrade, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well suited for both rest and work. One detail I really appreciated was the pillow menu, which added a thoughtful touch to the stay.

A big highlight was the Executive Lounge, where I spent quite a bit of time working while enjoying the snacks and beverages. Based on the benefits provided, Platinum members can enjoy:

These benefits were clearly valuable and made the stay even more enjoyable.

I also received 2 welcome drink vouchers, which I used at Le Chocolat Lounge. It is a cozy and comfortable space, perfect for a relaxed drink.

The gym is huge and very impressive, with Technogym equipment and even a group exercise studio, which is a real plus for guests who prioritize fitness during travel.

The location is definitely strategic—right in the CBD / Thamrin area, and Plaza Indonesia is just across the road, which is very convenient. The only downside is that this area is extremely congested, especially during peak hours. Also, drivers may need 3–4 minutes to get into the Pullman lobby driveway, so I would strongly recommend booking Grab or transport a bit earlier than usual.

That said, the hotel team was very helpful throughout the stay, and the overall service level was strong. With its excellent Platinum recognition, spacious rooms, strong lounge offering, and prime location, this is a hotel I would gladly stay at again

Super service, super rooms, super happy. Booked a normal room and as a diamond Accor member I was upgraded to an exec room, great start to my visit. The lounge is amazing if you can get access, Reta and Farras will look after you with great skill. Jennifer the guest experience manager is super friendly and made sure everything was well attended to.,

The executive lounge team are superb, I stay in many hotels around Asia (over 100 nights last year!) and the team here in Jakarta are simply the best. I can’t thank Reta, Fina, Ella, Farras, chef Cipta, chef Dito and chef Aki, amongst others for their impeccable service, attentiveness and the beautiful food. I can highly recommend getting an upgrade and enjoying the lounge experience at the Pullman Thamrin. A huge thanks to Reta and Farras, in particular for their attention to detail and prompt service, kudos ladies. I’ll be back very soon

Breakfast spread was good , a lot of choice local and international.

I recently stayed at the Pullman Jakarta in Thamrin on my holiday there.

I have to say the quality of the hotel was excellent.

But for me, the best was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and did the best they could to help me with any problems I had. I don't know all their names but special mention Concierge Jhonatan and Fya who always had time to talk to me regardless of how busy they were.

So I recommend The Pullman to anyone visiting Jakarta

Staff were great. The gym and pool are excellent. Didn't try the spa.

I am a regular business traveller, and also a regular at the Pullman Thamrin.

However, on this occasion, I was compelled to leave a review. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was immediately greeted by Jennifer - Guest Experience Manager - who whisked me to the lounge for check-in. From there Jennifer stayed whilst her colleague, Reta, not only remembered me (we had met once before many months prior) and seamlessly checked me in. Both of them conducted their duties with professionalism with such a friendly, personable nature. They are true ambassadors of the brand and the hotel extremely fortunate to have the pair of them.

During my stay I was taken care of by a much larger team (Mai, Farras etc). Quick actions and no ask was too much. The result: I will keep coming back again and again.

A great hotel with every need on-site. Walking distance to shops and amenities.

Great location with MRT directly outside and several malls opposite. The lobby is large and vibrant with its own secure pedestrian entrance .
Rooms are good but showing a bit of poor design, for example no power points beside the bed and bathrooms with frosted glass right beside the bed.
Staff are very polite and professional, a special moment has been breakfast and ordering my omelette from the smiling and energetic Yani, who remembered my preference from day 1 , excellent service!

Best location!

The first thing we noticed was how clean and spacious the room was. The breakfast was excellent, The staff wasn't just professional, they were genuinely warm and attentive. The highlight of our stay was the birthday surprise for my child. The team went out of their way to set up a special celebration that made my kids feel like a VIP. It’s those personal, thoughtful touches that turn a good stay into an unforgettable one. Thank you Pullman Thamrin.
