To protect our employes, most of whom are required to be vaccinated, and per French government regulations, now in force to reduce the spread of Covid-19, the "health pass" will be requested upon your arrival at check-in, starting Monday, August 9th, 2021.

The "health pass" consists of the presentation, digital or paper, including any type of vaccine recognized by the World Health Organization, of a valid health proof among the 3 following options:



· Certificate of a complete and valid vaccination (including post-vaccination delay)



· Negative test of fewer than 72 hours old (PCR or antigenic test or self-test carried out under medical supervision)



· Positive RT-PCR test demonstrating recovery of Covid-19, at least 11 days old and less than 6 months old.



People who have not been vaccinated but have presented a negative PCR, antigen test or self-test will have to renew it every 72 hours to access our areas, including bars, restaurants, pools, and spas.



Children under 18 years old are not required to present a health passGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Tout! C'était encore mieux que ce que j'espérais en termes de raffinement, de matériaux dans les chambres et les espaces communs ! Superbe emplacement

Cons:

Le spa est très bruyant, en particulier la piscine intérieure,donc ça rend le côté "relaxant" non existant

Ik heb het vermoeden dat de voiturier een pleziertoer gemaakt heeft met mijn sportwagen. garage was aan achterkant gebouw, en morgend van ons vertrek (1 nacht) stonden er 3KM meer op de teller, en de "manetino" was gewijzigd naar "sport" Dus zeker niet leuk dit te moeten vast stellen
Ik had speciaal foto van km stand genomen bij aankomst hotel !

hadden hotel speciaal geboekt voor twee sterren restaurant, maar dat was die dag gesloten , dus ook hierdoor niet leuk.

J'ai oublié un chargeur en chambre, la seule solution apportée par l'établissement a été de me proposer un envoi à mes frais plus important que le prix du chargeur, il n'est pas anormal de faire facturer un objet oublié ( ce qui n'est pas le cas dans certains 5 étoiles ) mais il faut que cela soit proportionné, un collissimo coute une dizaine d'euro et on m'a proposé un retour à près de 40€....je veux bien qu'on me fasse payer mais qu'on se fasse une marge pas trop....vous pouvez garder mon chargeur, j'irai ailleurs l'année prochaine.

Exzellent!
Pros:

Das Personal war über alle Maßen freundlich und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Es gab nur einen Parkplatz zum schnellen ein und aussteigen, direkt vor der Hotel Tür, weil es im Zentrum lag. Allerdings hat man mein Auto direkt weggefahren, große Klasse.

Luxury hotel, loud music in the outdoor bar.
Pros:

Vert strong customer service. Well appointed hotel facility. Very pricey.

Cons:

The Feria was taking place while I was there (which is why I came—for the bullfights) and the hotel played loud music in the bar area until 3am. My room faced the outdoor bar area and the music entered the room loud without any real dampening, making it impossible to sleep. They moved me to a new room on the street side, which was quieter.

The perfect base in Nimes
Pros:

Attention to detail in every element of this wonderful hotel,from the check-in, the service in the restaurants to the concierge taking care of one's car.
Our room, although not massive, was extremely well designed, both for usability and beauty.
Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is excellent - near to all the historical sights of the old town and a few meters away from the beautiful Jardin de la Fontaine.

Tout est parfait, l’ensemble du personnel est adorable et aux petits soins.

Pros:

Ein fantastisches Hotel mit hervorragendem Service. Absolut zentrale Lage, aber trotzdem ruhig. Toller Garten zum Entspannen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel.
Zum Abendessen ist die Brasserie sehr empfehlenswert.
Das Auto wird geparkt und bei Abreise wird das Gepäck wieder eingeladen.

Cons:

Es fällt mir tatsächlich nichts ein.
