To protect our employes, most of whom are required to be vaccinated, and per French government regulations, now in force to reduce the spread of Covid-19, the "health pass" will be requested upon your arrival at check-in, starting Monday, August 9th, 2021.

The "health pass" consists of the presentation, digital or paper, including any type of vaccine recognized by the World Health Organization, of a valid health proof among the 3 following options:



· Certificate of a complete and valid vaccination (including post-vaccination delay)



· Negative test of fewer than 72 hours old (PCR or antigenic test or self-test carried out under medical supervision)



· Positive RT-PCR test demonstrating recovery of Covid-19, at least 11 days old and less than 6 months old.



People who have not been vaccinated but have presented a negative PCR, antigen test or self-test will have to renew it every 72 hours to access our areas, including bars, restaurants, pools, and spas.



Children under 18 years old are not required to present a health passGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

it's a nice hotel especially for such a small city where there are hardly 5 star hotels. The amenities are good and the staff are very amicable and helpful.

Cons:

chargeable parking (in my opinion it must be free given the high hotel stay rate already), just one free bottle of still water in the room whereas we were two. This is really way too little.

Bon séjour mais ne vaut pas le prix d’un 5 étoiles

L’hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter Nîmes et
La Maison Cocteau est très spacieuse et bien agencée. Dans la Maison, petite attention gourmande très appréciée.

Cons:

Nous avons été très déçu par le petit-déjeuner qui était pas digne d’un 5 étoiles . Peu de choix, seulement un fromage en tranche carré et du jambon blanc, c’est tout niveau formage et charcuterie. À part des cakes maison le buffet était très pauvre et la présentation ne donnait pas très envie . Pour 36 euros ça ne les vaut pas du tout .
Nous avons voulu prendre un apéro sur le patio en fin de journée et le serveur nous a vu car il a été appelé par les gens à côté mais n’est jamais venu vers nous. On a attendu 10 minutes puis on s’est levé il était debout à ne rien faire bref !! Dommage…
