I love the location.

Cons:

The bathroom shower door did not keep water in. I took a shower and water was all over the floor. It was dangerous as it was very slippery and only had three towels provided!

Excelente lugar para estadía con niños
Pros:

La alberca techada y climatizada es una gran opción con niños. La ubicación inmejorable, el desayuno rico, aunque no me pareció excepcional. La habitación muy bonita, la vista ni se diga, aunque la decoración de la habitación me pareció ya un poco antigua, es decir, que no ha sido remodelada en bastante tiempo. Lo que sí superó mis expectativas es el servicio de todos en el hotel. Todos muy amables.

Cons:

En realidad no hubo algo que no me gustara. Para los fines de mi estancia, se cumplieron todas mis expectativas.

Tolle Sicht vom Zimmer auf den Park. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffett. Im Hotel mehrere Restaurants zur Auswahl, Pool und Terrasse mit Liegestühlen. Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Nur zwei Dinge: Im Restaurant Rulfo wurde uns der Hauptgang ungefragt hingeknallt, während wir noch die Vorspeise aßen. Das war seltsam und unprofessionell. Mit umgerechnet fast 400 € pro Nacht kostete das Zimmer mindestens das Doppelte von dem für Zimmer dieser Kategorie zu erwartenden Preis.

A well located hotel with good facilities and food
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay - the hotel was very well located and ideal for exploring the city. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the pool was lovely, as was the sun deck. The quality of breakfast was very good, as were dinners.

Cons:

We felt that our experience was let down by the staff - while some were very helpful, we found many, particularly in the restaurant, to be disinterested and not very engaged, and as a result service was very slow

Excellent hotel in Polanco
Pros:

Great hotel in an excellent area. Close to restaurants and all the attractions of the park but also close to the subway and busses. The service was always wonderful.
