La ubicación
Entre el personal de restaurante hay algunos camareros poco amables.
En un hotel de esta categoría deberían abrir las camas por la tarde y dejar un bombón o alguna cortesía.
La tarifa es muy alta para el servicio que dan.
Loved it.
Great staff, facilities and services.
La ubicación y el lugar muy bonito.
El desayuno es bueno, sin embargo sería cool que haya más variedad y estaciones de comida.

Placement of elevators
Es un hotel cómodo, muy bien situado y lógico a su precio.
Es un gran hotel y como tal un poco impersonal.
Breakfast buffet was great. We wished there’s a comfortable lounge with live music for evenings.
Concierge was not personable or kind. They didn’t seem enjoying their job. Somewhat distant and cold.
The location is in one of the safest areas of Mexico City " Polanco" and very close to many of the best restaurants in the city". The wifi was ok , but what I liked the most was the service, from the front desk to the executive lounge, in all a good experience. On the negative side, we stayed on room 4221 on the 42nd floor and this room is very close to the exit which has sliding doors, on our 3 nights stay I woke up at least 3 times daily from 4am because of the noise of the sliding doors ( I guess it was the hotel staff). Also the food at the executive level was the almost the same on our 3 day stay, it used to be better.....
Breakfast is mediocre. The restaurant was a disaster. I got we got very sick and they didn’t do much about it.
I got very sick in the Japanese restaurant
This is really a first class hotel. We stayed six nights as tourists and enjoyed the very nicely designed rooms (whoever designed the lightning is a genius), the large gym (very busy in the mornings), and the wonderful breakfast. The location is also very good for tourists like us. Polanco is a safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and walking distance to the Anthropological Museum and to some art museums. We did not eat at the hotel except for breakfast so I cannot comment on that experience, but the breakfast was great, especially (for me) the mango yoghurt and all the good and healthy stuff I could throw into it. The omelettes were also good. The only thing I missed was bacon! In the gym, I wish there were fewer machines and more free weight area. The gym is open to people who don’t stay at the hotel and get quite busy and some stations are very hard to get to use in the morning at least. I love that the hotel had tennis courts even if I did not get a chance to use them,
