Quality, Honest, and Attentive Hotel
Pros:

From the moment we checked in until we checked out, all of the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The location and accommodations were exactly as described. The breakfast was excellent. We were extremely satisfied with our stay.

Pros:

I always stay at Hotel Nikko when I travel to San Francisco. Love the hotel location, the bellhop staff always excellent and helpful. I hope to visit again and again. Thank you Hotel Nikko San Francisco!

Cons:

I can't think of anything I didn't like. Maybe bigger beds? Overall I am pleased with the service in Hotel Nikko SFO.

Love it!
Pros:

Nice, clean, comfortable. Amazing staff everywhere in the hotel, very friendly and helpful. Warm indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Great location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Parking is expensive, valet $85. Breakfast is not included.

A great hotel to stay at in the city for walkability and exploration!
Pros:

The hotel is amazing and clean. We loved the fast elevators and also the room. Michael at front desk was also cool and friendly!

Cons:

The food at Kanpai is not that good, and overpriced. Also, the stuffed animal dog on the bed… my child got attached but we didn’t want to purchase it.

Pros:

DasPersonal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das muss hier wirklich hervorgehoben werden! Michael versuchte mit viel Geduld auf meinem Handy W-Lan herzustellen.

Der gesamte Eingangsbereich wirkt sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt einen Wasserspender, an dem man seine bereit gestellte Wasserflasche wieder auffüllen kann.

Cons:

Es entspricht nicht einem 5* Hotel. In den Zimmern ist ein alter Teppichboden. Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt.
Das Restaurant ist maßlos überteuert. Für das Frühstück (2 Personen) haben wir 100 $ bezahlt!!!
Das Frühstück war zwar gut, aber sicher keine 100$ wert!

Great stay at Nikko
Pros:

Nice hotel, attentive service. Great location downtown, close to the cable car turntable and shopping! Great also for food options!
