I would stay here again in a heart beat! Thank you for the excellent and friendly staff.
Pros:

Very friendly staff from check in, valet parking, room delivery of luggage and pick up on departure. Pool/spa/sauna excellent. Room was a jr suite and was fantastic! We splurged and enjoyed the view and comfort of the room bed and pillows! Bathroom was so nice. 23rd floor lounge was nice for a great breakfast and afternoon snacks. Location was great. Not far from cable cars which were fun and dropped off near high end shopping. Waymo was a fun experience for traveling to the wharf, Coit Tower and dinner.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Pros:

Todo. Habitaciones grandes y buen colchón. Todo súper limpio y magníficas instalaciones. Impresionante gimnasio, piscina spa y bañera fría. Bien ubicado y con un japonés muy bueno para cenar que además te haces descuento por ser del hotel. Pero lo mejor sus empleados, destacando Ernesto por su profesionalidad que fue un gran anfitrión y además de sus labores de recepción nos indicó perfectamente las visitas a la ciudad.

もう少し値段がお手頃なら、もう2泊くらいしたかった。
Pros:

ユニオンスクエアに近く、バートの駅にも歩いて行ける。
部屋がキレイ。
お風呂も広い。
朝食バイキングに日本食がある。

Cons:

無いです。
ただ、サンフランシスコ中心部はお店がクローズしてる所が多く、コロナ以前とは全く違います。
フィッシャーマンズワーフ側のほうがお店やスーパー、ドラッグストアが営業してます。
お土産を買うのにマーケットストリートのwallgreenを探したら、無くなっていました😭

Excelente estadía
Pros:

Me gustó mucho el hotel, todo muy limpio y de calidad. La ubicación es muy buena. Disfrutamos de la piscina y su entorno. Muy buena la atención del personal.

Cons:

La habitación no tiene ventilación natural y no permite ventilar. El tamaño de la habitación es pequeña.
