Pros:

Great location in the city center, spotless clean rooms, and very friendly staff at Hotel Nicco. However, I am extremely disappointed with the management. They charged an excessive deposit of €880.93, which I have never experienced anywhere else, even in America. To make matters worse, despite checking out on August 31st, the refund will not be processed until September 22nd. This feels like an unfair tactic to force guests to spend money on hotel restaurants and amenities. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was terrible—extremely slow and constantly dropping out.

ユニオンスクエアのすぐ近くで、どこへ行くにもアクセスが抜群に良いです。高級感のある綺麗な設備で、朝ごはんには洋食と和食のビュッフェがあり、和食が恋しくなっていた高齢の母はとても喜んでいました。

Cons:

トイレのフラッシュの音がものすごく大きく、夜中に驚いて起きてしまいました。ホテルニッコーなのに、TOTOやイナックスではなく、シャワートイレでもありませんでした。

The location was great. Parked across the street in a secure spot. I used the spothero app. for a great savings. The gym is A-1. Sauna steam Jacuzzi pool dog run. This hotel checked all the boxes.

Good infrastructure, ok amenities, great shower, breakfast was good, not great. Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff.

Cons:

It felt unsafe to walk around the hotel. Vallet is very expensive (85 usd/day) and took a long time to get the car.

Everything is Great (Except the Parking Fee)
Pros:

I have stayed here multiple times and have had a great time each time. The indoor heated pool is like bath water, and the newly installed cold plunge is a great addition. I had never had the opportunity to use one before and it felt fantastic! The outdoor deck is a great space for people watching, the health club is very equipped, and I loved the added touches like the cooling towels. Their chicken Katsu sandwich is fantastic, generally speaking, the in room dining is made extremely well. The rooms are large with lots of storage space, and staff is very helpful. The imperial lounge is a nice addition offering light breakfast and snacks during service times. The beer offered is very mid, but the white wine was pretty good. It would be nice to see them add champagne so there could be mimosas at breakfast, and an evening champagne. The only unfortunate thing is the exorbitant parking fee which almost matches the daily rate to stay, that said, it does align with other parking rates in the area. If they added EV charging, it would be a better option, but most often I park on the street from a Fri-Mon and take the ticket ($120.00) which is cheaper than the $98.00 a night to valet. It's always a tow risk, but thankfully in four stays it's not happened yet.

Excellent city hotel
Pros:

Excellent city hotel. One of the best value for money places. The room is well sized with all necessary amenities. Our room had an excellent city view. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.
