Comfortable Hotel but you may find better value elsewhere.
Pros:

Hotel is nicely decorated and not far from union square.
Buy breakfast as part of room package otherwise it will be expensive like most hotels in San Francisco. We only slept at the hotel and used the inclusive $25 per room per day for drinks which was nice.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that I booked two rooms but only one person had breakfast. We were three with two rooms but they took the room with breakfast to be assigned to one person. Tight margins!
There was the option to add buffet breakfast $45 or à la carte for around $25

Pros:

Staff politeness, accuracy, cleanness, practicality

Cons:

Nothing much. Didn't now reputation of SF downtown and Union Square/,Tenderloin, but my stay abd movement was without any problem

We have stayed here multiple times and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in SF.
Pros:

The same room we've had before, with a nice view, excellent housekeeping. The water bottle refill in the hallway is a great idea. The on-site restaurant was wonderful, giving us a lovely celebration for our anniversary. The location is walkable to other good restaurants and many sight-seeing opportunities, plus one can get around to virtually anywhere in the City via the easy public transportation.

Stunning hotel, beautiful generously sized rooms

Beautifully appointed rooms

Cons:

It is right on the border of union square and the tenderloin district which meant some nearby streets were a little sketchy and I preferred to travel back to the hotel via Uber.
