Nicely designed hotel and rooms, but wee expected more from that category.
Pros:

The design of the room and the quality of the beds was good.
Also the location of the hotel was convenient.
We also liked the complimentary breakfast corner. The scent enigineering was quite a lot, but definitely memorable. :)

Cons:

We had to change rooms, since the first one we got had a really musty smell to it. We generally appreciate being pet friendly, but the carpet then could need a deep clean once in a while.
There were huge dark splatters on the bathroom tiles (left side of the tub in the upper corner) and the design of the shower is not sustainable for a hotel, as there are too many details that are hard to reach when cleaning, which probably led to black dirt or even mold gathering. There were hair on the sheets. The AC smelled and the quality of the air was not pleasant.

Disappointing. Tired. Needs renovating and over priced.
Cons:

It felt old and tired. Probably last renovated in early 80s. Spa area was closed which was the principal reason I booked it. Checking in at 9pm was really slow. Strange pumped fragrance in the lobby area. Bathrooms very old and tired

Great hotel, amazing staff, will stay again.
Pros:

Lovely property, good food and really great staff. The location was very handy for Tech Week but also for coming in from
the airport with the train. I was a solo female traveler flying in from Europe and was somewhat worried about the location but I had no issues at all.

Cons:

Nothing to report to be honest. Yes, location is near Tenderloin but just use common sense and all is fine. The location was actually super helpful in terms of making it to events ( a lot
of them were in walking distance).

Pros:

Propreté parfaite, piscine et salle de sport idéales, le lobby bien agencé, chambres très calmes dans les étages supérieurs, tous les équipements nécessaires, la literie très confortable, y compris les oreillers... tout à côté de nombreux magasins et attractions touristiques

Détail : s'il était possible de baisser voire couper le son des ascenseurs, entêtants la journée

Zimmer (größe, Lage, Sauberkeit, Einrichtung, perfekt!!!); Betten sehr beuqem, Ruhe im Zeimmer, Personal top freundlich und für Anregungen aufgeschlossen. Das Hotel kann auf sein Personal Stolz sein. Überall hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Late check out könnte besser sein. Zu teuer. Normaler check out 11 Uhr, 12 Uhr kostet normal. Aber man kann mit dem Personal sprechen. Gepäck kann abgegeben weren und nach einem Strandtag kann man sich auch ohne Hotelzimmer noch gut frischmachen. Es ist gestattet Lobby und Waschräume zu nutzen, die wirklich sehr gut gepflegt und groß sind.

This is a great place to stay and a great value!
Pros:

The property is beautiful and welcoming. It has a modern feel . The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are quiet and the staff is very attentive. I love the pool area with the hot tub and the cold plunge.
It’s a nice way to relax, especially after a full schedule as I was there for a convention.
