Categories

Cleanliness
4.5
Multiple reviews describe poor room cleanliness: hair in bathrooms, grime and buildup, sewage-like smells in some bathrooms, and evidence that rooms often need a deep clean.
Service
9.2
Several guests call staff pleasant, friendly and accommodating; a minority report rude/front-desk issues and poor problem resolution, but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.
Location
9
Location is frequently noted as a positive (easy/acceptable location, mentioned as a pro), though some guests mention traffic or an undesirable immediate view; overall location is considered a strong point.
Room Quality
4.8
Room issues reported: cracked toilet top, uneven/damaged shower floor, dated bathtubs, old floors and occasional flooding or plumbing failures—room condition is a recurring negative.
Amenities
6.5
Pool and related areas receive several complaints (dirty, closed, empty pool), but lobby aesthetics and other standard amenities are noted positively; amenity quality is mixed.
Value for Money
6
Multiple guests felt the room did not match the price paid (expectations not met for >$100 rooms); perceived value is below neutral for many reviewers.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Limited mentions focused on breakfast being subpar; no strong positives for F&B, so sentiment is mildly negative to neutral.
Overall Experience
9.5
Mixed reviews overall: strong positives for lobby aesthetics, plants, comfortable beds and helpful staff, contrasted with significant cleanliness and room-condition issues; on balance many guests still highlight attractive common areas and friendly staff, producing a relatively high overall sentiment.
