The room is a good value and clean near I-85 east

Close to Faulkner college and a good value

Cons:

This is an older property so i don’t expect perfection but I do expect the elevator to be in good working order.I could use it going up but told to use steps coming down.I’m not comfortable with steps after a hip replacement

I am handicap couldn’t gain access to breakfast and when I finally thought ok have him get breakfast n bring to room at 7:30 am. It was all gone I guess as barely any milk left and 1 piece of toast. Very bad won’t stay again

Overall, the stay as far as the room was exceptionally nice. Very roomy. Refrigerator was cold. TV had very good pictur

The breakfast was very simple Bagels, fruit, yogurt provided. Coffee was good. Orange juice was substituted with orange drink. Overall, very simple. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The room was large, roomy and clean. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Cons:

The location was ok but easy to miss for someone unfamiliar with the area. The building was clearly older and very dated. However apparent recent renovations have improved the property.

Disappointing. Wouldn't choose again.
Pros:

bedding was comfortable, room was large, shower/bathroom were up to snuff.

Cons:

My cousin and I (both middle-aged women) felt a little concerned as soon as we arrived, having to park in the back lot (where my cousin almost stepped in what appeared to be human feces) and having to lug our stuff to the front entrance w/o a sidewalk or appropriate lighting (a truck slowly passed us to add to the creep factor). The atrium area inside could work so much harder w/ the vibes brought to the rooms with simple decor (rooms were dark and felt depressing). We felt like there was a bait and switch, with bright, horticulture vibes posted online vs how the place actually feels when your'e there. There was barely any food in the vending machine and having to go downstairs for ice was a bummer b/c the elevator was incredibly slow and felt unsafe and dirty. Overall, just sketchy vibes. Staff was super nice though. The facilities need common sense updates. A little paint and a good cleaning go a long way. We stayed at a muuuuuuuuch nicer La Quinta on the way home for the same cost.

Pros:

I liked the beds they were clean

Cons:

The showers were gross dirty and had worms in them, the staff didnt try very hard to get the problem fixed and I dont think they will. The showers also are clogged. The elevator is janky and only holds 2 people at a time. Overall I was stressed about bugs and the grossness of it.
