Great stay and will definitely be back next time I’m in Montgomery!
Pros:

The spacious and comfortable room, coupled with the affordable price, made for a pleasant stay. The friendly staff added to the overall positive experience.

Cons:

The jets in the hot tub didn’t work, and you had to use a spoon or knife to pry open the tub drain. The hair dryer and bathroom plug outlet also didn’t work. Perhaps a fuse was blown?

Ok stay. But not worth the money.
Pros:

I originally booked 2 rooms for 2days.My room didn't have heat and it was cold.The receptionists offered me a space heater. The next morning the new receptionist changed my room and the heater still didn't work. Overall I can say they did try. However all the rooms should have heat and air. Also the waffle maker didn't cook the waffle all the way.The middle of it wasn't done.

Loud, breezy, and dirty.
Pros:

Check in was easy and the front desk staff was nice. The bed was comfortable. My husband was impressed by the large live plants in the atrium area.

Cons:

Well, where do I begin. The room next door to us had what sounded like a large dog. It barked and whined, lunging at the door, making a terrible racket. I called the front desk and they knew about the dog, which evidently, had been left alone. We had driven nearly 10 hours yesterday and were tired and then this interrupted our sleep. Some other guests came in late and were loud in the hallway and this was also disruptive.
Also, we had a hard time regulating the hot water in the shower. It was either burning up or freezing and hard to find the sweet spot. The shower drain didn't drain properly and caused water to stand while showering.
The bathroom could use a good, deep cleaning.
Another thing that was difficult was the placement of the ac/heat unit in relation to the bed. The unit was right next to the side of the bed, so one person got air right in their face. It was me. I sleep on my left side and the wind blew right in my face. Therefore, we got warm because I would freeze when the air kicked on. I use a cpap to sleep so it's not like I could just roll over.
We travel frequently and generally are easy to please. Last night was just a lot to put up with.
