The trees inside.
The parking lot, the small bathroom. I think the bathroom could've been cleaned better. My friends car was vandalized in the parking lot. 😠 😡
The only reason I didn't give an overall "10" was due to the price. Maybe I'm out of touch, but over $90 a night should be reserved for top-line rooms/hotels. That said, my previous "hotel" was a disgusting dump I wouldn't want my dog staying at and it was over $60.
The price was my only complaint. The room was clean and truly "smoke-free" so I have no complaints.
L'espace de la chambre
La chambre pas prête à 18h alors que précisé à partir de 15h. Nous demande d'aller faire un tour le temps que le sol sèche. Chambre immense mais lit collé à la clim donc au vu des chaleurs intense, ça a soufflé vers le lit toute la nuit.
Location was fine
It was very run down in my opinion. I went to close the blinds in the room and the entire thing came off in my hands, it hit my face and shoulder. I immediately reported it to the staff downstairs and they moved us to a different room and said we wouldn’t be charged for the stay. I was charged for the stay and they mysteriously didn’t remember telling me anything about it…very frustrating!

The air conditioning didn’t cool the room. The pic’s on the tv was awful. Wasn’t clear at all. When you took a shower, the water would runoff into bathroom, the shower curtain was very short. We had to put towels to stop the water.

Website said there was a hot tub and the staff looked at me like I was crazy.

AC leaked, it smelled bad, someone was smoking weed by the back door, the shower didn’t get hot just luke warm and the pool wasn’t available.
Noisy
We came here due to being able to get two rooms next to each other. The room that I got had a bad smell to it and the AC wasn't cooling correctly. The smell was coming from the shower drain. It looked like poop was coming up and the entire drain was disgusting looking had crap caked to the sides right underneath the drain grate. I told the worker behind the counter and said I was going to stay with my daughter next door and wanted to be refunded for the room. He did offer another room BUT I wanted to be right next door to my daughter and granddaughter. He said he'd mention it to the "owner" about the refund. The next morning when we went to checkout I informed the "manager" of the shower drain and AC and told him about the conversation with the worker the night before and he said there was no note left and he'd have to "talk" to the owner and someone would call. I've received no call and no refund.
Not only was there an issue with the shower drain and AC, there was no wardrobe cabinet in the room to hang clothes(there was one in my daughters room) and the floor had a bad spot that had a piece of linoleum that was to small to go there to begin with, the bed cover was stained and the frame of the AC was falling off.
I sent a customer concern to Wyndham and received an email back that they got in touch with the property management team and that they said they gave me a refund. They lied. I’ve received no refund.
My money should be refunded. I will never recommend this hotel.
The price
The price reflects everything that this placed lacked . The nicest part was the views of the indoor courtyard. Breakfast provided was nothing but bread ( legit bread next to a toaster and some bagels that looked harder than John cena ) When I booked I inquired about a pool was told there was a pool when I got here the pool in inoperative empty with a tarp on top . The room was spacious but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Blankets had stains . Bathroom had a weird smell of bleach and mold and the shower didn’t drain properly . Only reason why I stayed was because I had already paid and couldn’t afford to stay elsewhere on short notice . This trip was supposed to be a nice getaway that quickly turned into a wtf
The front desk was very helpful and the lobby is beautiful.
The price did not match what I agreed to on Booking.com - really that is the biggest thing for me. And the toilet was leaking from the sides.
