Worst experience I have ever had on tour with a band at a hotel. Ziggy Marley would be appalled!
Pros:

I was cheated. I was told by the customer service gurl at the desk that the room was big enough for the band and I and and my girlfriend. Insead we got a small room with two beds. Not enough room for the band's equipment and were we supposed to sleep cramped on the floor with guitars and equipment? We came back late after our gig and the whole band had to travel almost two hours to a friends house to sleep on the floor. On top of that we were told we could practice there in the lobby if it was just acoustic and not too loud after the jam room was done for the day. The person at the desk wouldn't let us play quietly in the lobby at all before we had to drive to another location to sleep The next morning I came back and talked to the guy at the desk, He had long hair and appeared to be gay (just to describe him so you know who it is) He was rude and unhelpful. The whole thing was a nightmare. No band should have to go through this and pay $400 for a cramped little room. Bob Dylan's girlfriend was visiting us and was appalled the way we were treaded there. As soon as I have some time next week or so I am going to blog all this on the band site and all over the internet. Please reverse the charges. I am talking to cit about it again as soon as I have time to this month and complain!

Fabulous hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

The front of house staff were all lovely and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was decent although maybe could be updated a little. We received complimentary room upgrade and drinks tickets, although the tickets were for limited times.

Cons:

Most of the stay was fabulous, my only recommendation would be to be more flexible with the drinks ticket timings!

Blood on the sheets, air conditioning so loud you couldn’t sleep, the smell of drains, the fact that the printer didn’t work, they couldn’t give me a quiet room to do a presentation for work and the fact they were giving vouchers out for drinks to some guests and not others.

No era lo que esperaba
Pros:

El trato del personal del hotel, a cada problema intentaban ayudarnos como fuese. Los aparcados son muy simpáticos.

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema con el wifi que hasta el tercer día no lograron solucionar. Además aunque en Booking ponga que es un hotel ellos mismo nos dijeron que no son un hotel sino una "Guest house" y por ende no te limpian la habitación a no ser que lo pidas.. pero para un lugar que dice ser hotel de 4 estrellas, entra en lo mínimo a esperar...
