Cons:

Front desk staff with rude behavior (Adam), because of late respond to pass ID card to him on 3/23/26 6PM then he denial of checking in for my reservation, I have been travel around the world for 40 years and this is the first time experience.
It was terrible . Luckily next door Andaz West Hollywood is available so I walked in and stay there. Andaz offer best service there.

I could not sleep since 5 am! I would never stay there again, you must train your crew to know how to open and cplse the door and how to move things around. I was supposed to rest and leave rested, but I got back home exhausted and sick!

Cons:

The only downside for me was the $70 parking. I had to wait outside with my bags for a while both at check in and when picking up the car, which wasn’t great, especially in the heat. For the price, it felt a bit inconvenient. Honestly, parking right in front of the hotel would’ve been easier and cheaper.

That said, the staff and the hotel were great!

Hoa soggiornato 3 gg non è mai stata rifatta la camera. Ho dovuto chiedere asciugamani puliti. 940€ per 3 giorni

Great Weekend Getaway
Pros:

I extended my work trip to the area and decided to stay at Hotel Ziggy to be close to both WEHO and other activities I had planned in the area for the weekend. The staff were above and beyond nice and helpful! The 3PM happier hour margaritas was an amazing touch that I enjoyed several times during my stay. Perfectly located even with the LA marathon happening during my weekend stay. The pool area was clean, quiet, and a perfect place to chill after several late nights out.

Pros:

Pleasant location, being such a sprawling city difficult to be well located for everything. Funky style. Nice pool and a great shower.

Cons:

Fairly loud at times due to events. For the price I would expect daily replenishment of towels and the bed being made. No facilities for making hot drinks in the room
