No elevator
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. The room was spacious.

Cons:

It has no elevator. Therefore it's not wheelchair friendly.
I had my son with me who has an electric wheelchair. Our original room was on the second floor.
The staff were understanding and did their best to accommodate our needs. However our new room wasn't readily available and we went able to unpack or freshen up before the event we were attending that evening.

i like the size of the room and clean

the first night when I checked in there was no one at the desk and waited for a few minutes .
Then I called the phone rang no answer and called again no answer . called again no ans. I was about to call again and person Long hair tall dark skin was not happy to see me ! He asked me if I was calling and with a rude attitude! asked me WHY ? I oretended I did not understand his questions and he was not NICE about it I ALMOST WALKED OIT AND ALMOST CANCEL 2 rooms

Obnoxious, rude, filthy, a mess from the street to the office to the rooms, to the management.
Pros:

Absolutely horrible management with very little concern for even the simplest requests.

Cons:

They purposefully stole my full prepayment for a two day stay after I stayed there for one day two days beforehand and found it so disgusting and disappointing I tried to cancel, but was told they had a no cancelation policy. What the hell! I'm telling everyone who will read my reviews on several different social media platforms about the way this place operates.

Quality was Quality!
Pros:

-Continental Breakfast surprisingly stocked (biscuits and gravy? Yes please!)
-Covered Hot tub was a blast
-Location walkable to restaurants, shopping, stores, convenient for travelers
-Room was spacious, Balcony was a treat!
-Staff friendly and went above and beyond!

To be hones, the breakfast. The waffles, yogurt, and fruit were fine. The powdered eggs, funny tasting sausage, and biscuits were not.
