Pros:

The hotel overall was wonderful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Any requests that I made were fulfilled and speedy time the lobby in the hotel smells wonderful even my 14-year-old son loved this day and the beds were really comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel was in the middle of changing menus, but I wasn’t too happy with the wings. The wings didn’t have flavor and they didn’t put a lot of sauce on them. Other than that I can’t speak much for the food in.

Decent mid-town hotel
Pros:

A decent hotel from a reliable chain. Nothing exceptional but the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Hotel staff generally welcoming. Did not choose to pay extra for breakfast.
Good central location, not far from a MARTA station. Some decent restaurants around but not a lot of general shopping.

Awesome stay
Pros:

The room was nice and big. I was also able to get an early check-in. The staff were also nice especially since there was a problem with payment at some point but they were able to fix the issue.

Cons:

The AC sometimes would not pick and it would become a bit hot before it kicked back. It didn't happen frequently so it was not too bad.

Very nice and convenient place to stay
Pros:

The location was great, walking distance to lots of great restaurants, parks, coffee shops and more.
Room was very clean, with lots of space and very comfortable

Bom custo benefício em Midtown
Pros:

Ótima localização, perto de restaurantes e café. Quase ao lado do metrô e muito próximo a um parque enorme e lindo que dá pra correr. Funcionárias do front desk muito simpáticas e dispostas a ajudar. Quarto lindo, confortável, moderno. Café da manhã, embora não incluído na diária, vale a pena pagar $26 e ter um Buffett bem farto, variado e de qualidade à disposição. Muito gostoso, com ovos mexidos, bacon, pães, doces variados, oat meal e tantas outras gostosuras.

Cons:

Única coisa ruim do hotel foi que o chuveiro, pelo menos do meu quarto (último andar), não tinha pressão. O banho foi sofrido a conta gota. Muito ruim.

A gem at Midtown Atlanta
Pros:

Our family had a fantastic stay at this property! It’s perfectly located with a comfy modern design that really makes you feel at home. The neighborhood is clean and safe, and it’s super walkable to Georgia Tech and the Botanical Garden. Plus, there are tons of great bars and restaurants nearby, and it’s just a few blocks away from a MARTA station, making it convenient to get around.

The young lady at the front desk was amazing—she provided exceptional service and made sure all our needs were met with great attention and care. Highly recommend!

Pros:

It was clean and well located. The bed is comfortable.

Cons:

What they do is to put two small bottles of water into your bedroom saying that they are free for Elite Hyatt members, else you have to pay. For a 4-star hotel 1bottle of water per night should be complimentary. We then went downstairs to buy one from their self service dispenser and one bottle of water was 6.70$..
Hands soap was missing and one towel had hair stuck in the cotton.

Perfect hotel in great location
Pros:

Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Midtown location is safe. Hotel is clean, modern and friendly staff. Plus complimentary parking in adjoining garage

Great Midtown Hotel
Pros:

The service is 5 star between the front desk and housekeeping. The location was extremely convenient and centralized. The rooms are spacious with great views of midtown. The hotel is very clean and elegant in design. The bathroom was the perfect size with enough room for two people to handle their business. You cannot hear any of the neighbors but you can hear the street traffic. The indoor pool provided hours of entertainment for my daughters. The room was a great price for such a nice hotel.
