Good stay, but needed ice & valet.
Pros:

Location was great, hotel was clean, staff was friendly.

Cons:

Very disappointing that the whole hotel did not have ice. I sprain my ankle and needed ice bad. When I called front desk they said they couldn't deliver or locate any ice. Also no valet, $60 preferred parking and had to park my own car.

Overall it was ok. For 300.00 for one night stay I felt we should have been able to watch Live TV, and have a cold room
Pros:

Beautiful feels expensive awesome price. Parking was great it felt like anywhere you parked you had access to hotel.

Cons:

Our TV didn’t work, AC wasn’t cold felt humid in our room. Bath tub was dirty looking and can turn people off.

I thought this would just be a standard business hotel next to the airport and it’s not. It has a lot more amenities
Pros:

Much nicer hotel than I expected. Marissa checked us in. She was very pleasant and helpful.

Not noisy at all, very comfortable.
Pros:

Hotel was very nice. It seems like some reno no nistis going on. Our bathroom was also ok, the only problem is the sill at door needs to be repaired. The hotel was very comfortable clean and not noisy at all. Workers were great and kept on top of housekeeping. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

I would like to give a very special mention to Nancy and Tessa from Guest Relations/ Reception.
Both Nancy and Tessa’s service was absolute world class. They both delivered such a memorable experience and are such brand ambassadors for Hilton Costa Mesa.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for them whenever myself or my partner needed anything.
We will most certainly be back again thanks to these two very special employees of your company.

Thank you to the lovely and friendly front of house reception girls- Nancy and Tessa who made our stay at the Hilton Costa Mesa a memorable one. Both girls were always so welcoming and always greeted us whenever passing by the front desk. Nothing was ever too much and they both made us feel right at home during our stay. We felt the professionalism and personal customer service from Nancy and Tessa was outstanding and we can’t wait to return and stay at this Hotel again. Rooms and amenities were clean and great and location also. Thank you so much.

Amazing Experience with Great Staff
Pros:

From the moment we can to the entrance of the hotel our experience was amazing. The bellmen Pichai and Ali was so kind, professional, and helpful, the front desk staff was kind and professional, and the Starbucks baristas, Maricela L. & Ofelia C. was amazing kind, fun, professional, and helpful. My hat off to all the staff there.

It starts with management caring about their staff and it reflects in the service we as customers receive.
I so appreciate the great experience me and my family had.

Also, having to sinks and mirrors was great because me and my sister could get ready at one ti and not have to wait on a mirror. 😊

I deco twill be back to stay when I am in the area attending an event.

Didn’t live up to our expectations

We book this hotel for the trip of my birthday with my two daughters. My daughter pick this hotel has pool and hot tub , but for pool it was so cold but they decided to enjoy in hot tub , at night when they get there it was closed , in the morning it was not working , I call at desk three times a day, when finally they sent technician who couldn’t do anything, then he said he will be back and never back. And Also that night after check in our own room bathroom tub flooded. We were waiting for to fix so we start getting ready for my birthday dinner , then they had to change our room and we had to pack up and move to another room because of that we were late for our reservation. So really horrible experience.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great location in Costa Mesa. Close to the freeway and many restaurants and shops. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Marissa was so kind and professional. She answered all the questions we had and more. Great customer service. We will definitely recommend this hotel.
