The location was excellent and the room was super clean with a very comfortable bed.
Since this was my first time visiting Toledo, I had a wonderful experience staying at the Hilton Garden Inn! The room was spacious and clean and the staff was very helpful and informative about the reward program. When I come back to Toledo, I will be staying here again!

The room and its view were lovely. I had a riverside view, and it was worth the upgrade. The bed was comfy. The amenities were great. Everything was clean.
The thermostat was not working. Even with the air on all the way, it was cooler in the hallway than in the room. Wasn't overly impressed with the lobby restaurant, either. It was ok, but the service was less than great even for dine in.
Hotel was nice. The valet was amazing!!! Happy to give advice very quick to return our vehicle. Even went to get something we going the car. All of them were friendly especially a man named Frank
Don't understand the parking we arrived on Thursday we went out for dinner and we paid $5 when we checked out on Friday they charged us $15 we parked in the parking l garage and when we got back on Thursday night after dinner so many spots had a cone in front of the parking space and when we checked out and left on Friday morning those same spot still had cones no car in those spots . And also it says that there's parking available it says nothing about paying a fee that was one main reason why we booked there. And that's the only thing I did not like about the property thank you
Booked 2 queen beds and got 1 king.
I went to the assembly for a work related lunch and valet parked my car. I was initially being helped by a valet named Joe who was difficult and long-winded then another valet by the name of Alexander came to help me and made the whole experience easy to understand and got me parked in moments. He also picked up my vehicle when I left and his customer service was something that left the last impression on me I will be attending this restaurant and hotel in the future in hopes that this experience was a reflection of the whole hotel. Alexander Dawson is exactly what I hope for from anyone in customer service.
