Fantastic place right in the city with ample/easy parking. Great staff and great rooms

The property is super nice and the rooms fantastic. VERY clean. Staff was incredible. Shout out to Krystal and Tim at the front. The lady running breakfast service was also a pleasure! They really took care of us. Thank you!

Pros:

Alexander Dawson was the most amazing valet I've ever had. He was professional, as well as social. I was in an awful mood from my long trip and his humor and lighthearted aura just turned it all around. This man really set the tone for a great visit. 10 stars for him. I was also assisted by a young man named Tariq that was also very helpful.

Pros:

Justin, Moe, and Justin were very helpful and kind at the valet.
Lilly at the front desk was incredible when part of our reservation was messed up and our 1am arrival made us grouchy.

Since this was my first time visiting Toledo, I had a wonderful experience staying at the Hilton Garden Inn! The room was spacious and clean and the staff was very helpful and informative about the reward program. When I come back to Toledo, I will be staying here again!
