Bad experiences! Would not come back again.
Pros:

My expectations were high but in reality it wasn’t that high. Our bedroom, bed has hair on sheets, cover sheets was old and worn out. Let’s talk about shower, it was dirty with hair.

Cons:

First night we couldn’t sleep because of our neighbors having loud noises screaming all night. I called front desk around 2 am to notify but front desk was very rude towards me. He stated that “how am I know when you don’t call me” I told him yes I am calling you now. I have never experienced this before with so many travels. This is my first time review I am providing.

Next day front desk asked me how was everything! I stated that it was terrible and employee was very rude to me. She wanted to give us some drinks or snacks but I refused because I was not there to get that but wanted my stay peaceful.

It’s was nice! I would stay again.
Pros:

It’s a nice property nice rooms and views. The rooms are nothing major as far as the beds and eveything else you get the same as other basic hotel beds. Besides the view and the staff is really great. I was on the 15th floor it took a while to get up and down the elevator but it was worth it. The rooms are pretty quiet and ducked off. Parking isn’t the best and they charge for everything as far as food goes no free breakfast or anything and $50 a day for incentive.

Not very clean
Pros:

I liked the convenience of the restaurant inside and how easy it was to get to the convention center.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. My room was not very clean when I arrived. I had to wipe down the tub and shower so my kid could take a bath because there were hairs all over it. It was a busy convention weekend so I didn't bother asking for a room switch. The next day I was thinking I'd get housekeeping to clean my room of trash and get fresh towels, as that's what I experienced at a different Hilton location. I came up to my room around 1 real quick and noticed housekeeping was on my floor. I was surprised when I got back to my room later and housekeeping didn't bother to come in my room.

Go-to hotel in Toledo
Pros:

I always have a good experience at Garden Inn Downtown. Joseph and the valets are speedy and attentive. Friendly front desk staff. Tim always texts me when I get to my room to make sure everything is in order. Good food and great bartender at American Assembly.
