Great hotel
Pros:

Love this hotel! The valet service is wonderful as well. Super nice and I never have to wait long for my car. Tariq is especially efficient and very nice.

Really nice hotel. The rooms are amazing. Staff is really gentle. Valet is really awesome and the way to request your car is really easy and accesible. Tariq from the valet was really nice.

Pros:

I booked a room for someone who found themselves stranded with few resources in Toledo on coldest night of the year. I booked through a number I found online...was charged $16.00 fee for booking. Whole experience was strange.

When friend arrived, they needed credit card for incidentals....but wouldn't take my info over the phone. Emailed me form to fill out that wouldn't work on my tablet...finally had to send credit card and my ID images to friend to show. All of this took at least half an hour with the clerk verbally expressing his frustration with me. He was rude as well to friend checking in.

I'll complain to Hilton. Should have been no rudeness on a cold night.

It was very close to the venue we wanted to be by - The Huntington Center

Cons:

The lobby was so cold, full of snow. Staff was sometimes short with us. No hot water or coffee in the lobby. The wouldn’t valet my husband’s truck - said it was too big for them to drive/park so we had to park it ourselves and walk though the garage to the hotel. The digital room key didn’t work on my husband’s phone. I had selected a room the day before our arrival on their app. When we got there, we were assigned a different room - a higher floor and the farthest possible room from the elevator.
