Decent but not great
Pros:

It was very close to the venue we wanted to be by - The Huntington Center

Cons:

The lobby was so cold, full of snow. Staff was sometimes short with us. No hot water or coffee in the lobby. The wouldn’t valet my husband’s truck - said it was too big for them to drive/park so we had to park it ourselves and walk though the garage to the hotel. The digital room key didn’t work on my husband’s phone. I had selected a room the day before our arrival on their app. When we got there, we were assigned a different room - a higher floor and the farthest possible room from the elevator.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel itself was very nice, with a stylish look and a welcoming atmosphere. The location was excellent—close to everything I needed.

Cons:

The hotel could have been cleaner overall. There were some unpleasant odors in the elevator and near the garbage cans. The shower curtains would benefit from being fresher, and I felt the parking garage was overpriced—it would be better if hotel guests had a set rate included with their stay.

It was a nice place for an overnight trip but I will not stay again.
Pros:

Valet was quick and easy to use

Cons:

No pool, you only get a free coffee with your stay. I should’ve read the amenities better. Nothing to do in the hotel. And you can’t get late check out unless you’re a Hilton card member
