Unclean, Dirty, absolutely disgusting. Not maintained at all. Bugs in bathroom. Fixtures not mounted. Security chains not fastened and it was ripped out of the wall before.. screws loose. window had no safety latch. I have photos of all that was wrong. Unsafe with Homeless people all around the property. For $200+ a night, I wouldn't stay there if it was $20 a night. I cannot believe the city lets them operate. It should be closed for good.
Room was clean. Refrigerator and microwave in room were a plus.
Need some upkeep , better internet
Some other guest’s hair left behind. Bugs. No door lock, had to just trust the handle. Purchased a room with 2 queens, got a room with 2 doubles. Terrible location, street people loitering and sleeping in parking lot. Mold in bathroom. I have spent half as much on 2-3x better rooms. So disappointing. If this is the red roof standard, I will not be back to any location, let alone this one.
I thought it was a clean room. The only problem I had was that I couldn’t get back to sleep due to loud noises outside next door to me.
Fresh breakfast, Nice staff, clean room, good air conditioning only outdated on the outside.
Went to balloon festival. Mini fridge not working. Told desk manager that fridge needed to be taken care of. Management did not address the problem after it was brought to their attention.
Clean Room, Nice staff.
Horribly run-down property in a very unsafe area. Don't believe the pictures posted on this app
There was a big group of homeless people as we entered the gate. The staff said they don’t have security during the balloon Festival! The paint is peeling on the whole building. You can see the dust on all the curtains from the outside and many of the curtains have missing hooks. We could hear yelling outside all night. It was not a good experience.
Nasty
Everything was okay
I didnt like the roaches, employee wasn't very hospitable
For the price this is the best place. I’ve stayed at in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was incredible and my pet got to stay for free!
The continental breakfast was blah and to top it off a couple walked in for there breakfast with a dog in there hands and touched the food without washing them very unhygienic
Was not told about deposit ahead of time and wow what a ghetto. Homeless people all around the property and loved explaining the 3 skanky hookers to my child.
Toilet and floor were not clean.
Hotel is great but the area surrounding the hotel has a lot of wandering drug addict homeless people
I reserved a smoke free room. Got there 2 hours after check in started so 5pm. The area the hotel is in is shady. Junkies all around, anyway got my room key and went to it. As we're walking to our room there are men standing outside their doors on the phone. As soon as my husband and I walked into our SMOKE FREE room we immediately walked out and headed to the front desk because the room stunk of cigarettes. While we were going down the stairs one of the guys that was just standing around decides to go walk after us and lean over the railing to just stare at us until we get into our car. Anyway I let the front desk know about the smell of the room and the front desk switched us to another room on. Well that one was also supposed to be smoke free and it also smelled like cigarettes but less than the other one. My husband and I were again, going to request another room, but decided just to stay there. Against my better judgment. I should just have said if they didnt really have a smoke free room to give me a refund and left. We didnt sleep, my husband had to keep on looking out the window to check his car. We kept hearing noises right outside, some junkie started banging our door at like 9pm. I didnt use the tub I could see hairs in it and mold like it wasnt cleaned properly. There was no soap in the soap dispenser for the bathroom. It makes me think this rooms are rented instead of nightly only hourly or for a certain amount of time for illegal activities honestly.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
