No teniamos toallas en la habitación, para poder comunicarnos a recepcción fue muy complicado y finalmente solo enviaron "1" toalla cuando pedimos todo el set (2 grandes, 2 chicas).

Hotel con mucho potencial a desarrollar
Pros:

La ubicacion es maravillosa, la vista desde todos los angulos a la ciudad es increible y es un lugar que tiene mucho potencial.

Cons:

Es un hotel viejo que lo trataron de restaurar pero se sigue sintiendo un lugar de los 70´s Nos cambiaron de habitación 3 veces porque el aire acondicionado no les servía. La alberca esta muy bien situada pero está muy descuidada y sucia, además no se disfruta porque el agua esta helada, no importa la hora que te metas, siempre esta helada y solo puedes estar unos minutos.

Staff was very friendly and warm. Views were nice.

Cons:

Toilets don’t flush well. Water smells. Showers don’t have good pressure. AC units aren’t reliable. WiFi is terrible and cell service is almost non existent. Very hard to get to and not convenient for any part of the city. Food was not good

Perfect city location close to airport
Pros:

Very big and comfy rooms. Perfect service. Location is very beautiful on a hill overlooking the whole city

Hotel is not the newest one but maintained beautifully. Also the resuatrant was overpriced for the quality of food that was served
