Pros:

Stephanie at the front desk was incredibly helpful and polite. From parking to the shuttle and the room we requested, everything was taken care of. The shuttle driver was welcoming and set a positive tone for our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Although we didn’t have enough time to use the amenities, we were able to sleep soundly and continue our road trip. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and effective. The location is ok, gas station is walking distance, Uber Eats delivers and the drive from the airport wasn’t bad.

I have no complaints.

Respite after flight cancelation
Pros:

I went to Wyndham because my American airlines flight was canceled very late in the day. Wyndham provided several hours of much needed rest.

Carmen at tge front desk was particularly hospitable and welcoming. Thank you. We needed a little kindness.

We used the free shuttle from RDU to Wyndham and back the next morning. Shuttle bus drivers also courteous.

Meets the need for Park/Sleep/Fly
Pros:

While the hotel is very dated, it was clean and the staff was friendly. We would give 5 stars to the Airport Shuttle Service. The driver was prompt (5 minutes) to pick us up upon our return to RDU on a very cold winter night. The hotel may not have all the bells and whistles, for one night Park/Sleep/Fly...it certainly met our needs.

Ok for the price we paid but double bed was too small.
Pros:

Room was very clean. Location was convenient to where we were going.

Cons:

We thought we were getting a room with two queen beds but only got two double beds. This motel did not have any rooms with two queen beds. Breakfast was ok, just continental, not full hot breakfast. The door closest to where we parked was kept propped open for some reason. There were vagrants walking through the property late at night, and hte people directly above us were very noisy. People in the hallway at 3 a.m. talking loudly on their phones.

When we arrived, a person was standing just at the entry door smoking Marijuana and the smell had drifted into the lobby. A we checked out, the smell was in the entry again. The hotel overall is looking worn and tired. Our water temperature fluctuate and we had a hard time keeping it constant while in the shower
