Worst experience iv ever had and manager broke into room as I was naked and then stared at me
Pros:

Owner gave me late check out and then came to my room and demanded I open the door even if I was naked . Which instated I just got out the shower and then he walks in as I’m naked and the stands in the room and demand I leave . Then called th cops telling them I opened myself to him when he invaded my privacy and then kicked me out . The hotel has roaches and bed bugs

Room was perfect

Cons:

The lady at the front desk on friday morning was not very friendly. It was 9:30 am and a guest asked if the food was going to be replenished and she says " I guess I could bring out some more eggs" the staff member Saturday morning was "on top of it"

Dirty and not worth the money.
Pros:

The front desk worker was very nice and sweet to talk to. The facility also offered a breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms were not clean. The sheets were dirty as well as cigarette holes in the comforters.

Lobby was nice.

Cons:

Room was dirty. Hall smelled like urine, dirty tampon hanging out from.under the mattress. Pillow cases had mold and the room smelled awful.

No issue with the property, only with the room charge and rate change policy
Pros:

The room was very spacious and comfortable

Cons:

The tub was slightly dirty and had mildew on some edges. I was also upset about the sudden extra charge I had to pay because booking.com said there was a rate change . This is unacceptable. Once we complete the booking there should be no changes in the price. And certainly not 1-2 days before my intended date of getting there. For this reason I may not stay again at Quality Inn
