Matras in sofabed was doorlegen/versleten. Kamer was voor 3 personen maar geen derde badhanddoek beschikbaar. Kwaliteit van ontbijt kan beter (enkel kleine chocoladekoeken en croissants, echte roerei).

Easy for an overnight stop on the drive from the Alps to the tunnel crossing. Family room was a bonus. Good breakfast selection.

Cons:

Beds weren’t very comfortable and room was extremely hot with no instructions on how to operate the thermostat which didn’t seem to do much!

Voorlopig laatste keer dat we Novotel boeken
Cons:

De douche was armzalig, er kwam weinig water uit. Dit hebben we ook in andere hotels van Novotel vastgesteld. Het toppunt van ons verblijf was dat er rond 1:00 in de nacht een andere hotelgast met zijn gezin onze kamer binnenkwam! Dit kan je niet goedpraten, ik kan je verzekeren dat we die nacht niet hebben geslapen. Dit is een inbreuk op de privacy. De andere hotelgast kan niets verweten worden die was namelijk ook geschrokken. Het personeel daarentegen is iets anders. De zwarte man die ons die avond incheckte was er ‘s morgens ook en die negeerde de situatie en ging verder in gesprek met een collega en negeerde ons verder. Gezien de situatie leek ons een compensatie t.w.v. het verblijf €170 wel het minste wat ze kunnen doen. Als je dit bedrag betaald mag je wel een geruste nachtrust verwachten mijn inziens.
