This was our third time staying here due to its location en route to our intended destinations, very simple check in, down stairs bedroom (ideal when travelling with a dog) good outdoor space.
There was obviously a problem with the dinner service/kitchen due to the delay on food etc
Quite basic, salad had clearly been just left in the fridge and some of my chicken was cold, wasn’t offered any sauces with our side order or whether we wanted another drink. Gym very basic and no free weights but still fine for a stop over
Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the woman on reception who told us how to catch the 14 bus and T2 tram into the city. Nice big room and big comfortable bed.
The hotel was full and it was a bit busy in the breakfast area but it was ok when we came back 15 minutes later.

EV Chargers, although third-party provider, location, if you are passing through, and the cleaning lady, was nice.
Although it is ok in general, it is definitely not a 4 starts hotel. There is no lift, neither help with the luggage, so if you are on the 1st floor like we were, not great. There was no safe, no coffee machine, you can not control the room air-conditioning, the furniture was not great as it wasn't the receptionist people.
Friendly and helpful staff
Airconditioning did not work at all, our room was around 31 degrees at night, tried calling reception multiple times, but no one answered. Rooms are very outdated. Will definitely not book again.

La climatisation ne marchait pas alors que les températures étaient supérieures à 33 degrés. La nuit a été horrible!!

Établissement correct et propre.
Nous avions réservé le resto de l’hôtel 2 semaines à l’avance. Nous voyagions avec 2 enfants en bas âge et j’ai la jambe cassée donc nous voulions être sûr d’avoir une table rapidement après une longue route. Arrivés à l’heure prévue au resto on nous annonce que le resto est complet et que nous aurons une table dans 45 minutes au mieux. La responsable nous explique qu’ils ont fait rentrer des gens sans réservation et donc nous devions attendre. Nous exprimons notre mécontentement mais la situation l’amusait plus que la gêner.
Je n’avais jamais vu un tel manque de professionnalisme, c’était ahurissant. De plus aucun geste ne nous a été proposé.
Nous sommes donc partis pour trouver un autre restaurant. Autant dire que nous ne mettrons plus jamais les pieds dans un Novotel

Guy at reception was not very nice, made me instantly rethink my choice to stay in the hotel. Maybe don’t put him as your first introduction to your hotel…

Franchement assez déçue… Les chambres sont très anciennes et très mal insonorisées, on entend tout. L’équipe du restaurant n’était pas très agréable non plus. Et même pas d’ascenseur, j’ai dû aider une femme à monter sa poussette jusqu’à son étage…
