Teleurstellend en leerzaam, nooit meer naar Novotel

Eigenlijk niets maar restaurant zag er wel gezellig uit

Het eten vond ik ronduit slecht en verhoudingsgewijs duur. Het lag ook best ver van de autoroute en de kamers waren niet wat ik van vroeger gewend was, ook het eten was vroeger, ik kwam er vaak 20 jaar geleden, echt goed.

NIET daar gaan, Ibis naast veel en veel beter voor half prijs.
Pros:

total restaurant is zeer slecht: wat tafels neergezet in een hoek naast de bar, zeer ongezellig, veel lawaai van bar en lobby, menukaart echt niks (snackbar om de boek heeft meer keuze) en te danken dat midden in Bourgogne ben, 2 of 3 wijnen op de kaart (wijnklasse supermarkt).
Verboden door directie om fooie te geven en te bijschrijven om de rekening!!!

Oud kamer met zeer oud meubilair, restaurant (of wat doet as restaurant) ter alle tijd mijden, ongezellig, heel lanf wachten voor jouw eten, te weinig personeel, aandacht krijgen is een sport op zicht..

Hôtel bien situé

Cons:

Climatisation défectueuse dans la chambre mais après avoir insisté on nous a changé de chambre.
Chambres vieillotes. Bar et accueil restaurés mais les chambres mériteraient d'être remises neuf.
Personnel du restaurant pas compétent et service moyen. N'est pas au niveau d'un Novotel.

De kamer met extra uitbreiding met een douche . Wij zijn een ouder echtpaar. De douche is dus gewoon in het bad. Als je bijna 80 bent is dat moeilijk.

Redelijk voor 1 nacht

Met de Samsung TV kon je prima films of series streamen vanaf je telefoon. Het personeel was ook heel vriendelijk. Het zwembad was heel fijn voor de kinderen.

De bedden, het sanitair, het terrein om het hotel.
Bij de slaapbamk moesten de latten van de lattembodem nog even goed in elkaar gelegd worden, anders zakte je er doorheen. De douchekop viel bijna uit elkaar, war een hele bijzondere douche-straal geeft. Het terrein was slecht onderhouden en de speelmogelijkheden voor de kinderen bijna allemaal kapot.

Oude rommel.
Pros:

Goede ontvangst maar de router beschrijving naar het hotel via de app was zeer slecht. Bij is het hotel bekend onder de naam Novotel Dijon sud. Die naam ben ik aldaar nergens tegen gekomen.

Cons:

Zeer verouderde locatie. Vloer bedekking kamers etc zijn aan een sterke upgrade toe.
