Cons:

Chauffage au maximum 19 degrés bloqué (température négative à l’extérieur) et pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain !
Absence de couverture…résumé retour avec le rhume 🤧
condensation sur les vitres, moquette trempée.
Facturation de la chambre 2 fois et attendre un responsable pour un remboursement le lendemain matin !

Pros:

Le personnel très agréable

Cons:

Les murs sont fait en carton,
Entre la voisine de gauche qui gémissait la nuit
Celle de droite un couple complètement sourd qui gueulais pour parler entre-eux, leurs tv à fond jusqu’à 2h du matin

Pour une seul nuit j’ai bien été gâté 😅

Le petit déjeuner était parfait !

Cons:

Chambre à l’étage sans ascenseur, alors qu’il était spécifié que nous avions un enfant en bas âge et donc une poussette.

Pour notre arrivée tardive cela n’a pas été génial…

Room was dissapointing. Shower head broken. Shower screen missing plastic water guard. Lacking enough loo role for family, missing milk capsule from coffee provided and no air conditioning controls just heat or air, no cold.
