Niet fijn
Pros:

Ligging

Cons:

Wilde na lange reis, goed en koel slapen. Beiden niet gelukt!!
Slechte bedden en GEEN werkende airco. Kregen een ventilator.
Hiervoor heb ik geen kamer gehuurd. Wij vinden dit dan ook niet acceptabel.
Kregen alleen sorry te horen maar volle bedrag is wel geïncasseerd van credit card.
Hier ben ik het niet mee eens!

Séjour pas aussi bien que la première fois... bien dommage.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est parfait !!!

Cons:

La température dans la chambre....entre 28 et 29° avec une climatisation réglée à 15°!!! c'était insupportable !!! Arrivés à 16h et chambre pas prête, on a attendu presque 40min avant de l'avoir !!!

Situated well with amenities near by for one night stop over

Cons:

The service was very slow. There was no defining reception just a large tabel with a laptop. Though there were two people there all questions were responded by the person soing check in whixh slowed the process. It took half hour to get our room key. AC in room could not be altered and was set 27. No staff at bar once again long waiting time. The room was very tired but bathroom looks refurbished. The shower floor was like ice as soon as it got wet ans the shower head did not spray evenly. Not somewhere i would return to

Gute Ausgangsposition für unsere Ausflüge und gute Anbindung an die Autobahn.

Cons:

Trotz 38°C (im Schatten) während unseres Aufenthalts Ende Mai war die Klimaanlage ausser Betrieb.
Das die Klimaanlage ausser Betrieb war, wurde vom Personal nicht mitgeteilt.
Auf Nachfrage am nächsten morgen wurde lapidar mitgeteilt, Klimaanlage sei erst ab Juni in Betrieb.
Das Hotel wirbt mit Klimatisierung.

The staff were accommodating, great space at the back for the dog. Unfortunately there was a problem with our reservation, we had booked for the evening and after a 10hr drive from Italy to be told they didn’t have our booking but instead for the night before. Luckily there was a cancellation but for the wrong room type and not what we had booked but charged the same. We were offered a free drink but at 10pm we chose not to use our voucher. The staff were really good however I wonder what would have happened if there was not space!

Very beautiful hotel ! The room was immense, so much comfort and the TV was huge ! The toiletries were great (Rituals brand) and the bar area was perfect, elegant and inviting. We loved it !
