felt it was just a average hotel
Having air condioning through all hotel would be made more comfortable, menu in resturant could have more choice.
Le personnel qui lui heureusement était à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles….
Le bruit, la literie de très mauvaise qualité, l’absence de climatisation malgré qu’elle fonctionne,! l’impossibilité d’aérer, l’odeur de renfermé à cause d’une moquette qui n’a sûrement jamais été shampouinée dans notre chambre et j’en passe…
Incroyable expérience à ne conseiller à personne
J’oubliais le parking ou en sortir ou y rentrer relève de l’exploit, sachant que de surcroît, la voie est souvent obstruée par des cars de touristes , nous avons du attendre 10 minutes pour en sortir, incroyable !!!!!
Et tout cela a des prix prohibitifs évidement sous prétexte que c’est Paris???
Je ne parle meme pas de la propreté du restaurant et leurs tables qui collent, bref , je n’y reviendrais plus jamais !!

Non working air conditioning,staff not speaking English and without care for the guests, fridges in the room out of order.
A dreadful experience...
Absolutely horrible experience. Zero air conditioning. Room temperatures above 33 C and staff doesn’t care. We were a large group for 3 days (like 100 rooms). Will never recommend and telling our Travel Agent.

Rooms old and dirty, no AC, food was horrible.
The location of the hotel is in an unsafe neighborhood. The rooms are too hot to sleep. The customer service is poor. I would not even click 1/5, but the review makes you choose at least one. We are a large group and the staff has not been accommodating. The hotel is dated and needs renovation. Find another place to stay!!!

L'accueil par Mariesol et au bar ont été les seuls qui ont été appréciables : pour le reste nous comprenons bien que nous étions en période de canicule mais cela doit-il impacter le client d'un point de vue service ?

Manque d'air conditionné dans le hall et au bar.
Quand il y avait de la clim elle était tres basse : au point de nous réveiller de chaleur dans la nuit dans la chambre.
Infrastructure tres vieillissante
Quartier avec peu d'offre.
Pas de glaçons.
Fontaine à eau à température ambiante (donc chaude en période de canicule).
Nous avons souffert de la canicule lors de notre séjour à l'hôtel.
Enfin nous nous joignions à des membres de notre famille qui était en excursions et n'avons meme pas pu partager le petit déjeuner ensemble : resultat des courses nous n'avons pas consommé chez vous !

Je fais 1m89 et on m’as mis dans une chambre handicapé ou le lit étais bas le lavabo la douche le frigo bref pas adapté à ma grand taille avec une literie indigne d’un Novotel
